“Any book worth banning is a book worth reading.” -Isaac Asimov. Was invited by my agency @painted.words to create a postcard for @j.f.foxbooks grass roots campaign to support School Librarians, kids' freedom to read, and to stand up against book bans.

“No, I don’t believe in heaven or hell. I don’t believe in any sort of burning. I don’t believe it’s right to teach children that God is somebody that will punish them if they misbehave, that God isn’t somebody who understands. That’s an abuse of children.”

Sad to read that Paul Simon, one of my favorite singer/songwriters, has lost hearing in his left ear and may cease performing. Still, his new EP Seven Psalms is extraordinary. #watercolor #watercolorportrait@paulsimonofficial #paulsimon #singersongwriter@iamtheleopard 🎨
