Good morning you lovely people. Little reminder for anyone that needs to hear this today. You are valued. You are loved. You are needed. And you mean so much more to people than you realise. Even on the days you feel like you ain’t doing enough, when life is getting tough or when ya feel like nobody notices you. TRUST ME, YOU MATTER!! There are people whose lives are better just because you’re in it. People smile because of you, people look up to you and people would be lost without you. Never underestimate how important you are in this world. So keep ya chin up, be proud of yaself and remember that just being you is more than enough. The world is a better place with you in it. Have a beautiful day. Lots of love. Bosh! ❤️

So I’ve just got myself into bed after an extremely long day of work. Everyone is sound asleep and I normally make notes or ideas before I go to bed. And I’m thinking of new lines to sell into Christmas…. And out of no where I just remembered…… Pocket monster wrestlers!!! 😂😂 Who had these as a kid??! I swear you used to get them with Kelloggs cereal or get them at the sweet shop. I might have the name wrong. But they would be a great little gimmick for kids this Christmas. Am I going bananas or does anyone remember these. Im shattered. Love you. Bosh❤️

Good Evening you lovely people! Another busy day at graft, Sinéad has done me a spag bol and painted half the walls. Remember without struggle there is no strength. Sending you all love. Bosh❤️

Been a bust morning so far, went home to make myself a bit of breakfast and I think I’ve made the healthiest one yet. Was nice…… can still see myself getting a bacon roll in the cafe in about 40 mins though 😂😂 Havea great Monday everyone. Let’s go and smash it today. Bosh❤️

It’s the first time I’ve ever been Centre Parcs! We’ve come away with a big group of our friends and had a lovely time. All the kids have had an absolute blinder! Been brilliant to see them all so happy! It’s been a wonderful couple of days away from all the madness of work and spending some proper time with my beautiful family making some unforgettable memories. I’m a massive believer in working hard and making the most of every opportunity that comes ya way. But weekends like this remind me that there’s a lot more to life than just work. Seeing the little ones running around with big smiles on their faces makes all the hard work worthwhile. Feeling very lucky. Life is good, and I’m very grateful for it! ❤️ Anyway, back to reality tomorrow! Early start, warehouse doors open at 4am and straight back into the madness! Wouldn’t have it any other way! 😂💪 Hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend. Lots of love to you all! Bosh! ❤️

Absolutely gutted that I wasn’t able to get to fight on the next misfits card. However I know my good friend James Collins will do an amazing job⚒️ Whatever you say about this boxing, it takes a lot of courage to get into that ring. And brings money to local boxing gyms and new fans to the sport. They said that they want me on a future card. So let’s see what happens. If it does, I will be donating my fee I get paid towards the fabulous SNAP Charity, that I always try to support and of course local boxing gyms to me. They do pay very well for these fights, so can hopefully my fee can help a lot of families and kids trying to get into boxing😃👍 Anyway until then, good luck to all the fighters and I’ll keep myself ready for a fight by eating curry for breakfast down Dinos, drinking a few beers on a Friday and keep using my kids as dumbbells. Lots of love. Goodnight Bosh❤️

Happy Sunday you lovely people. It is my favourite day of the week, and I’ve been to the local farmer, I’ve seen my local butcher and I’m going to cook a nice Roast Dinner for the family. Just sending you all a message to have a wonderful day. Lots of love. Bosh❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧
