Productive conversation with Prime Minister Mark Carney today.
We are aligned on the need to supercharge our economy, attract investment, and create good-paying jobs. British Columbia has an enormous role to play in driving Canada's economic future, and we are ready to lead.
When British Columbia succeeds, Canada succeeds.

Earlier today, the Prime Minister of Canada and the Premier designate of British Columbia had a virtual meeting setting out a plan for cooperation in support of BC and Canadian growth.
In the conversation, there was agreement to work together to increase growth and economic opportunities for BC and Canada. On LNG and natural gas, there was a joint desire to ensure the right investable and competitive conditions are created to maximize private sector investment.
On investment strategy, there was alignment to work together to attract capital to BC. Overall, the Prime Minister and Premier Designate indicated their joint desire for a strong partnership inclusive of all British Columbians that can supercharge hope and opportunities for the province.
The Premier Designate offered his commitment to work together on various challenges including managing trade risks and opportunities to ensure prosperity for the country from coast, to coast to coast.
There was also alignment on the need for progressing improved infrastructure and services in BC and to work these issues further through the transition and establishment of BC’s new government.

Here it is. Feast your eyes on what I'm told is the most visually stunning sci-fi movie ever made. I can't wait to see this movie, and I still think it poses the biggest threat to THE ODYSSEY's Best Picture hopes.

Big Conservative win certainly signals good chunk of BC voters are comfortable with their policies but tone matters consider “just 31%..would have cast a ballot for the BC Conservatives under John Rustad and just 25% say they would have done the same (under) Kerry-Lynne Findlay”
43% of #bcpoli voters want the BC New Democratic Party (NDP) and the BC Green Party to consider a formal merger into a single provincial political party.

Absent from Carney’s meeting with First Nations and premiers, Quebec’s new leader today held a call with French President Macron. PSPP said he lent his support amid the unrest in France “stirred up by the far-left” and signalled a potential meeting in France in the “coming weeks.”
