On UTC date Aug 27 it left BA at 0120 UTC, taking the path shown across Argentina and then Chile, mostly hugging the South American coast, over Ecuador, Panama and Cuba, and then touching down at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Florida Airport at 1045 UTC (i.e. before 7 AM local).

Since many seem confused. Centre-right parties have governed BC for 52 of the past 74 years. The NDP? About 22. Whatever your political views stop acting like BC has historically been a left-wing stronghold.
