Yes, putting the spoon and fork may make the beans soften faster but the effect isn't as huge as portrayed. They increase the total metal surface area in contact with the water and beans. To have a better result, here's what you should do.
Add salt immediately you put your beans on fire. I know they told you not to add salt until it's cooked but it's a myth. You can also add a little baking soda. This makes the water a little alkaline and break down pectin in the beans faster. Once the pectin defence is broken, hot water will penetrate the beans easily and soften it.

My visits to RUDN University, Ural Federal University, Kazan Federal University and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University gave me a new perspective on education in Russia.
Beyond the beautiful campuses and academic environments, the experience exposed me to diverse learning, opportunities, international exposure and possibilities for academic growth…..As a young graduate aspiring to further my education, these visits have only strengthened my desire to become part of this academic community someday.
Russia has so much to offer in education, and I hope more young Nigerians get to discover these opportunities.
Perhaps, one of these universities will be my next academic destination….Who knows? 😊❤️

طفل يبلغ من العمر ٨ سنوات، استدرج طفلة تبلغ من العمر ٦ سنوات، الى قاعة صف فارغة بحجة أن والدها ينتظرها هناك، ثم وبدون سبب وكأن هذا الطفل تلبسه شيطان، بدأ هذا الشيطان بضرب الطفلة بشكل مبرح على رأسها بكل ما أوتي من قوة، وحتى بعد أن غابت الطفلة عن الوعي وسالت الدماء من رأسها، لم يكتف بذلك، بل استمر بضربها بحجارة اللبن على رأسها وبشكل متكرر، وتركها بعد أن ظن ربما أنها ماتت.
ثم ذهب هذا الشيطان وحتى يخفي جريمته الى والدها الذي كان يفتش عنها، وقاده اليها، ولولا الكاميرات التي سجلت كل شيء، لما أمكن تصديق ان هذا الطفل الذي يبلغ فقط ٨ سنوات فعل كل هذا.
