#RachaelRollins was supposed to leave her phone with security services, & did not.
Replying to @GlennBostonTV
@DARollins was escorted out of courtroom because her cell phone began playing what sounded like a virtual meeting. It played for about 15 seconds before she could silence it. The judge briefly interrupted the testimony of Jessica Hyde until Rollins was removed.
When you laugh and brag about stealing "trinkets" for so long that everyone thinks you are a thief. Now it's a joke? 😬

🚨🚨🚨 BREAKING:
Howard Cooper, Atty for Patrick Clancy, alleges in their civil complaint & now in open court-that Lindsay Clancy will verify she explicitly disclosed her homicidal ideation to treating medical professionals.
🚨This is COMPLETELY CONTRADICTIVE to trial testimony.

October 26, 1917 — Canadians Begin Their Assault at Passchendaele
Into the mud, under fire, and against overwhelming conditions.
On this day in 1917, Canadian soldiers began their offensive at Passchendaele, Belgium, in what would become one of the most gruelling chapters of Canada’s First World War history.
After months of fighting, the battlefield had been reduced to a devastated landscape of flooded shell craters, shattered trees, barbed wire, and seemingly endless mud. The ground was so treacherous that simply moving forward, carrying supplies, or evacuating the wounded could become a life-threatening ordeal.
Under Lieutenant-General Arthur Currie, the Canadian Corps had spent days preparing for the assault, improving roads, positioning artillery, and planning a series of limited advances.
On the morning of October 26, the 3rd and 4th Canadian Divisions went forward.
The 3rd Division advanced toward Bellevue Spur, encountering fierce German resistance from fortified positions. To the south, the 4th Division fought toward the higher ground leading to Passchendaele.
Progress was painfully slow. Soldiers struggled through deep mud while exposed to machine-gun fire, artillery bombardment, and counterattacks. Some units secured their initial objectives, while others faced intense fighting for every stretch of ground.
The human cost was devastating. Over the first three days of the offensive, approximately 2,500 Canadians were killed or wounded, a sobering indication of the price being paid for every advance.
For those on the battlefield, October 26 was not a moment of celebration. It was a day of extraordinary hardship, courage, and loss.
Today, 109 years later, we remember the Canadians who advanced into those terrible conditions, those who never returned, and those who carried the memories of Passchendaele for the rest of their lives.
We will remember them.

Not Aidan Kearney admitting that James Gillis is his "business partner" within hours of Gillis attacking Peggie O'Keefe on social media!!
Oh dear, this could cause some new legal entanglements for the pair. 😳
But nevertheless, I'm certainly glad Kearney cleared this up.
I'm sure the lawyers are too!
Good thing the chat can make up for her breaking TOS and getting kicked off YouTube for a week. Follow TOS and you can stay on yt and not have your chat make up for the loss. But the joke is on us. 🥴
What is stopping you from going into the town office, finding your registered Republicans, getting the paperwork, send them a letter in the mail, show them the paperwork and letting them know you are going to organize a committee? Even Jessica can do it. ✔️

I think i am conflating two separate arguments. But this was the part of Jimmy's that struck me. "We have all suffered losses, but we don't make it everyone else's business"
Nor did the witnesses. The internet made their entire family tree their business — turtle did — not them.

An 18-year-old German teenager has been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of a 14-year-old girl in Indiana, according to the FBI.
German prosecutors allege the suspect manipulated the girl through a social media platform, ultimately coercing her into harming herself and taking her own life.
The FBI confirmed Friday that it worked alongside Indiana authorities to investigate the girl's death and shared evidence with German investigators.
The suspect was arrested Thursday in Germany, according to prosecutors in Hamburg.
