1/ We investigated @Gamdom's Crash game We found two problems: 1. The house edge is up to 2.98× the advertised rate. 2. Crash is NOT provably fair as implemented. Its setup can't rule out the casino choosing a hash chain whose results favor the house. We estimate about $1.58m in extra expected player losses since January, based on a sample of 99,119 bets we recorded over 44 hours. We're asking Gamdom to address this publicly and compensate affected players. Full breakdown below.

500 Casino has responded. They say they’ll fix Towers and make all affected players whole. They dispute our loss estimate, but say they’re still looking into it. If they share their numbers, we’ll update the report. Fixing it going forward isn’t enough. 500 needs to answer publicly: 1. How did a game advertised at 5% run at up to 40% for 3 years? 2. Will refunds cover every affected Towers game since launch? 3. How will refunds be calculated? Automatic, or do players have to claim? If you ever played Towers and cashed out at row 2 or higher, you were paid less than advertised. Check your bet history. We’ll keep tracking this until players are paid.
