Gemini adds a visible watermark (e.g. star/AI logo) to images generated via its consumer app for transparency, so viewers can easily identify AI-created content and reduce misinformation risks. It also embeds invisible SynthID. No opt-out for standard use.

Over the past six months, my page has been the target of more than 100 false copyright infringement reports. Due to these malicious and coordinated attacks, my account has been disabled six times, with some of these deactivations lasting for up to 45 days at a time.

@Meta permanently disabled my verified Instagram account overnight. 780,000 followers. Years of my life. My entire career — erased with one automated decision and no explanation.
@ninanashi777 was everything to me. My community, my income, my portfolio, active brand deals — all of it gone. I didn't get a warning. I didn't get a real reason. I didn't get a human being on the other end.
I submitted everything they asked for to verify my identity. Still disabled.
Every time I contact support I get the same copy-paste response: "your case is under review." It's been weeks. My income has stopped. My contracts are on hold. My audience — people I've spoken to every single day for years — can't find me anymore.
I am a real person. This is my real life. And a trillion-dollar company just switched it off like it was nothing.

I jumped through every hoop. I showed Meta Pro supervisors the concrete proof of the blackmail and extortion. Their response? "Our system is automated, we can't manually review your extortion proof."
Imagine that. I bring 14M+ people to their platform, and Meta's AI automatically protects the extortionists instead. That's months of lost income, endless stress, and zero human support.
This is the reality of building your livelihood on an app run by unchecked bots. Meta doesn't care about the years you spent building your community. When their AI sides with a scammer, nobody is coming to help.
Diversify your platforms. Own your audience. Don't let Meta be your only lifeline.
