๐งต๐ชก RABID KANAL DDS ELIZA DUTERTE EXPOSED!
[An open thread]
As promised, here's my exciting expose on the person behind @ElizaX11235813 a.k.a. Ilusyunadang Kanal DDS.
Apparently, youโve made so many posts about me; all of which I ignored because, frankly, weโre not on the same level. Kanal ka, and I donโt hang out in kanals.
But there you go, you finally caught my attention.
Congrats, girl! Because of that, I got curious. Sino ba โto?
A Duterte account on X? Ah, okay, I assumed relative.
Then I looked closer.
Ayโฆ ilusyunadang palaka lang pala.
Imagine pretending to be part of the Duterte political family online and thinking that's how you become relevant.
Girl, delusional much?

Supporting innovative, sustainable agriculture and its role in food security, First Lady Louise โLizaโ Araneta-Marcos led the launch of two (2) Hydroponics Greenhouse Facility Projects at the Las Piรฑas National High School (LPNHS) Main Campus in Las Piรฑas City on October 29, 2026.
Spearheaded by the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), the Hydroponics Greenhouse Facility Project aims to bring innovative agricultural technologies closer to Filipino learners and communities by establishing greenhouse facilities that will serve as living laboratories for sustainable farming.
The project also fosters an entrepreneurial mindset among the youth by introducing alternative hobbies and interests that provide economic and social benefits.
In addition to LPNHS, Paraรฑaque National High School (PNHS)-Main Campus also received two (2) hydroponics greenhouse facilities earlier today.
Initially, the project aims to provide 700 units of hydroponic facilities across the country.

An arrest warrant was issued for DDS content creator CJ Hirro after 7 cyber libel charges filed by former Rep. Marvin Rillo.
When online bravado meets real-world consequences, the court serves the receipts.
Proof that behind every clout-chasing rant lies a body-cam-ready warrant waiting to be served.
How I wish our congresswoman in the Lone District of Iloilo City were #1 on that list.
Iโd love for our congresswoman to secure big funding for more public works in Iloilo City.
(Although maayos na ang city namin, it can still be better.)
Because that means she actually put together solid project proposals and defended them.
(Unless walang proposal/documents pero lumaki ang budget.)
And if Ilonggos are worried about corruption in local public works, we will hold the DPWH DEO Iloilo, the congresswoman, the city mayor, and COA accountable for every project.
Malalaman naman naming constituents kung anong projects ang substandard at kung ano ang non-existent, especially since we see and experience these projects up close and can track them using DBMโs transparency tools.

Itโs as if itโs a crime to secure funds for your district when in fact this is one of the major functions of a congressman.
Cielo is clearly using the Marcoses to further her ambitions!

Iโm responding to this because Budget Babe has been melting down and trolling my timeline with a link to this post.
Notice the classic pattern here: the moment she gets called out for peddling claims without hard evidence, she completely shifts the goalposts.
Instead of showing proof of her โnefariousโ claims, she deflects by attacking Malacaรฑang and bringing up totally unrelated topics to distract everyone from the original issue:
her peddling a blanket
insinuation but contradicting BetterGovPHโs disclaimer.
1. She claims: Malacaรฑang (Claire Castro) defending congressional budget additions ("insertions") ruins the Presidentโs 6-month budget plan (the NEP).
Yes, she makes a legitimate point about the inefficiency of the budget preparation cycle.
Tama naman that the Executive spends months conducting technical reviews, cost-benefit analyses, and prioritization before submitting the NEP, so unvetted alterations during bicameral hearings can undermine the Executiveโs policy planning.
But I disagree with how she frames Malacaรฑangโs defense of โbudget allocation shiftsโ as supporting the โbastardizationโ of the Presidentโs budget (the NEP).
Malacaรฑang simply defends reality: the Constitution granting Congress the exclusive "power of the purse."
The NEP is intentionally designed as a proposal, not as a final mandate thatโs unchangeable.
Congress has the legal right ("power of the purse") to slash, reduce, or completely defund specific line items or agency budgets in the NEP.
The money saved from those cuts can then be moved, reallocated, or "inserted" into other programs or projects, as long as the final total does not exceed the President's initial cap.
Why would the Executive publicly engage in open warfare with Congress over the legislative edits when they can engage in fiscal negotiations and compromise instead?
2. Now, BB is dragging us into another subject: the Foreign-Assisted Projects (FAPs)
She said Congress should not cut funds for FAPs (which are international loan agreements) just to make room for 7,000 extra project insertions.
Bringing up FAPs is a textbook distraction to avoid answering for her own lack of evidence in her โnefariousโ claim.
While I agree that defunding or reallocating funding for FAPs is risky governance, I disagree with her claim that those 7,000 insertions were funded strictly by stripping FAPsโ funding.
This requires line-item proof that those budget insertions directly came from FAPsโ funding.
3. BB said: these project insertions lack transparency and documents, so the President should veto them
Of course, questionable insertions without papers should be vetoed โ and the President will handle those.
But expecting a blanket veto on projects that DO HAVE have proper documentation and real proposals is just bad governance.
If you truly want to function as a helpful budget watchdog, don't just throw around blanket claims that thousands of projects lack documents.
Why donโt you list down the specific line items without papers and hand them over so they can actually be reviewed and vetoed?
Show us the work, not just the drama.
4. She said: the final budget passed by Congress should not look different from the Presidentโs initial proposal, and if Malacaรฑang allows it, "the President's Budget doesn't really matter".
This is a fake dilemma.
Just because the final budget differs from the proposal doesn't mean the Executive's plan was useless.
This means Congress used its constitutional power to make adjustments.
Di ba may separation of powers ang Executive and Legislative so they can provide checks and balance?
We can see that โin actionโ
here.
Budget Babeโs strategy is simple: when some netizens caught her pushing unverified claims of โnefariousโ (activities) in the 2027 budget insertions, she brings up a new topic and throws out new political buzzwords (FAPs, flood control, Malacaรฑang)
Why is Malacaรฑang defending the insertions of Congress?
Defending those insertions is tantamount to defending the bastardization of the Presidentโs Budget which the Executive branch prepares for about six months.

2/2 - Real watchdog work requires accuracy and facts and not changing topics mid-argument, not acting like a troll, and not throwing tantrums on everyoneโs timeline.
Pero ang bottomline talaga dito is the fact that the top name in BetterGovPHโs list of โbudget insertionsโ is Sandro Marcos.
She and her gang have been mentioning Sandroโs name in their media interviews, in their posts, etc., and they already already accuse him of corruption just becauseโฆ he is a Marcos. ๐คก
Imagine seeing a post about business management and thinking, "Yup, this rotten tomato is definitely about me."
Thanks for confirming the shoe fits, I guess? ๐๐
To clarify: I donโt write about politics 100% of the time on my timeline.
I also write about business, lab work, music, skincare formulations, botanicals, travel, the study of consciousness, and everyday mundane things.
A โrotten tomato" is about a standard business term for a bad hire or a toxic client โ a situation that happened in my own business this week that got resolved internally.
Paanong pinapalabas ko na fake subject matter ka?
My โrotten tomatoโ post was not even about you but about weeding out a bad hire before they could influence the rest of the team.
And I think business owners should do the same. Remove toxic before it spreads.
Pero, akala mo ikaw yun? ๐๐๐๐๐
For someone who overhypes herself as an โexpertโ with heavy credentials, you seem to struggle with two basic things:
1. Reading disclaimers on your own cited sources (BetterGovPH)
2. Understanding that not every tweet on my timeline is about you.
Nung hindi mo nasagot ang mga tanong sayo, you ended up trolling my timeline.
Nahuli kang you contradicted BetterGovPH so, to save face, naging totoong troll ka na lang? ๐คก
Girl, the world does not revolve around you, no matter how much you try to stretch the โbudget expertโ title.
FLOP nga ang โnefariousโ claim mo, di ba?
Dahil kung may proof ng โnefarious activitiesโ, show it!
Post the names of those district reps na kulang ang project proposals at documentation pero tumaas ang public works budget allocation sa distrito nila.
2027 pa ang budget at hindi pa nga approved, may nefarious activities na kaagad?
Advance ka mag-isip? Sobrang hilaw ng accusations mo!
Show proof of โnefariousโ so that we can back you up on that!
Pero, INUNA mo ang propaganda because the no. 1 in BetterGovPHโs list is Sandro Marcos, the son of the president.
I see the motive there. Kaya yung mga followers tinawag kaagad si Sandro na magnanakaw.
THATโS THE MOTIVE OF YOUR PROPAGANDA.
Let others evaluate your work and praise you as a budget watchdog.
Self-proclaimed expertise means nothing if you canโt even handle basic reading comprehension and canโt show proof of โnefariousโ.
Paano dadalhin sa Ombudsman yan kung puro hinala lang?

Hi, @chrstphrstr, I actually remember you from our FB interaction many moons ago regarding potentially running your clientsโ ad campaigns on my ad tech DSP platform.
You were running ad campaigns for early-stage startups then. Howโs it going?

I wrote multiple posts about it. I believe I am not contradicting BetterGovPHโs post. In fact, I agree with their disclaimer on their FB page.

See? The internet sees a huge number next to a Marcos name and instantly hits copy-paste on the outrage machine.
But if you actually look at how government funding works instead of just reading sensationalized posts like the one attached, the narrative falls apart pretty fast.
1. First off, Majority Leader Sandro Marcos doesn't get a โฑ4 billion check written to his personal bank account.
That money goes directly to the DPWH DEO to build actual, physical projects executed through official government bidding.

I agree with Atty. Falcis on this, unlike the outrage and โtamang hinala langโ crowd.
He exposes double standard: you canโt praise opposition figures for securing valid budget amendments for their priorities, then turn around and brand a district representative's allocation as corrupt "pork" just because you dislike their last name.
Process, principles, and legal distinctions must apply equally across the board.
Whatโs so hard to understand about this? Real corruption requires proof of kickbacks or ghost projects or substandard materials used in the projects.
2027 pa ang budget na yan tapos a budget expert already said may โnefarious activitiesโ na kaagad na involved without presenting proof?
Na-approve na ba at na-release ang 2027 budget? Bakit may โnefariousโ at corruption na kaagad? Bakit advance mag-isip? ๐คก
Iโm all for investigating these budget allocation shifts and who actually made them and what projects are involved.
What I donโt agree with are the blanket insinuations that everyone in the list is corrupt or โpaldoโ as if to imply that the allocations went straight to their pockets. Thatโs not how it works.

The arrest of veteran journalist Philip Lustre Jr. over a complaint allegedly by VP Sara Duterteโs husband, Mans Carpio, along with cases filed by Rep. Paolo Duterte, reveals how cyberlibel laws can be weaponized.
Criminal penalties, bail, and distant courts can easily turn a legal procedure into intimidation.
Yung iba, they file cyberlibel
cases in different places dahil may mga bahay sila sa mga lugar na yun.
As Rep. Terry Ridon warned, asking tough questions shouldn't be a crime.
Maraming journalists ang natatakot mag-report or mag-criticize dahil sa sobrang gastos at banta na makukulong.
Bicol Saro party-list Rep. Terry Ridon is calling for a review of the country's libel and cyberlibel laws following the arrest of veteran journalist Philip Lustre Jr. over a complaint filed by Vice President Sara Duterte's husband, Manases Carpio.
Ridon warned that the financial and legal burden of criminal libel cases could discourage journalists from reporting on controversial issues.

9/10 Perhaps look deeper into Sandro Marcosโ allocation shift and see whatโs actually there.
What if proper legislative defense and administrative readiness allowed him to secure this funding for the constituents who elected him?
I would not be surprised if his capability in securing that budget reflects his productivity in filing House Bills that benefit the entire country.
10/10 The real question is: what about your own district representatives?
Why arenโt they fighting to secure budget allocations for your community?
Isn't lobbying for local development the core duty of a congressman?
Or baka naman nag-lobby nga ang congressman nyo kaso hindi niyo lang nararamdaman kasi ghost projects pala?
