Last year, I started investigating a 1997 murder for a class. Most people who knew about this case were too scared to speak to me.
I couldn’t fathom why.

All my loved ones’ Christmas presents are in my bag, and it’s tagless and roaming in EWR - it never made it onto my flight. I can’t even begin to express my anger and frustration with @united and their employees.
