Loved our conversation on generative and malleable interfaces with @HaijunXia!
So many interesting ideas around how people can explore, interact with, and shape intelligence.
Had a blast discussing Dynamic Task UIs with Simra @its_sshahid from @adaption_ai .
If you missed it, this article I published today

summarizes my view of the emerging interface paradigm with AI agents.

Which review complaints get ICLR papers rejected?
I used @adaption_ai's Visualize to cluster the harshest review of 5,000 ICLR 2026 papers.
Complaints about weak baselines or novelty drop acceptance to ~23%, while those about compute cost or real-world validity leave it at 36%.

Intelligent, adaptive interfaces are becoming ever more important as AI becomes central to our lives.
Visualize is our first release in this area, enabling you to interact with your data, get actionable insights and improve it.
Awesome work from @its_sshahid and team!

u don't need to spend hours configuring matplotlib or seaborn just to get insights from your data anymore. this is far more effective, intuitive and seamless. massive shoutout to @its_sshahid

The first release of Adaptive Interfaces is out!
Visualize boosts your understanding of your data and enables the “a-ha moment” in an easy workflow. Check it out!

Today, we’re introducing Visualize at @adaption_ai.
Visualize turns your data into actionable insights so you can customize your intelligence.
Upload your data. Ask questions. Get suggested changes. Visualize puts that knowledge into Adaption’s full research loop.
Our first Adaptive Interfaces launch: Visualize! 🔥
What excites me most is how these charts can help people go from understanding what's missing in their data to deciding what data to adapt, invent, or train on, ultimately shaping intelligence that keeps improving with them.

We will be releasing a prototype in 2h of something we have been working on for awhile. 🔥
Our first release under our adaptive interfaces pillar.

Talk @modal runtime last week.
Thanks to @bernhardsson @charles_irl for inviting @adaption_ai 🔥
I spoke about why we are in the era of interaction.
The smartest model will be one that interacts with the world, and can rapidly incorporate new knowledge.
We spend a lot of time making models more capable, and far less on how people experience and shape that intelligence.
It’s central to Adaptive Interfaces at @adaption_ai. I’m excited to unpack this with @HaijunXia who has been rethinking the future of interfaces!
Adaptive Interfaces feed user corrections back into a model, so AI keeps improving after deployment.

⚖️ How novel are the ideas your AI scientist comes up with? These days the answer usually comes from an LLM judge.
We tested how much you can trust those judges. Not much: tiny prompt tweaks swing their verdicts wildly, sometimes below a coin flip.

We recently launched Invent-a-dataset that allows creating post-training datasets using just a natural language description 📖 🖊️
Today we share an extensive technical report evaluating Invent API against using frontier proprietary and open-weight LLMs for data generation ✨🧵

The biggest hurdle in frontier AI is curating high-quality, diverse data.
What happens if you need to post-train a model for a new capability, but have zero data?
Today, we release the technical report for Invent a Dataset.

How we judge and improve AI shapes what we build and how people experience it. These questions are central to how we think about adaptive intelligence at @adaption_ai, and I can't think of a better person to discuss them with than @sh_reya.
