Sozo Holdings is the Dallas-based Private Equity group behind Strike Photonics, the next-generation photonic semiconductor company building a Photonic Semiconductor Chip Fab right here in the United States. Moving past traditional chips, Photonic chips utilize photons (particles of light) instead of the electrons traditionally used in semiconductor chips. This provides massive, unparalleled breakthroughs in both performance and energy efficiency. These Photonic Chips will be utilized across three major industries: Defense, Biotech, and Compute. Most importantly, every chip will be produced at the state-of-the-art Strike Photonics Fab in Dallas, Texas.
