Is it their past that bothers me, or what I make it mean? A number can't tell me everything about someone. I'm trying to notice my reaction and pay attention to how they show up now.

Finding purpose has started to sound suspiciously like another performance target. I'm trying to make room for curiosity without demanding that it immediately becomes a plan.
