@UPS service is absolute trash!
- Courier screwed up my apartment no and thus delivery can’t be completed
- Called customer service to update and confirm delivery address. Informed that delivery will be attempted next business day
- .....
- Rescheduled to same day 7pm - 10pm. Service officer claimed she will make sure delivery is attempted at stated date between 7pm - 10pm
- Online tracking showed parcel delivered at 3:36pm.
- ...
- There was no recipient at the point of delivery and article was left at doorstep without my consent
In summary, parcel was not delivered as promised and service recovery was executed poorly.
