It took us almost exactly 2 years to reach 10K MRR.
I'm not saying that's particularly good, but I do think it's representative of the grit required to get something off the ground.
Success is so often willing to be bored for longer than other people.
If anything less than 1MM ARR in 12 months is a failure to you, you'll jump from project to project indefinitely and never make anything that has the opportunity to compound.
Honestly my biggest problem right now is release management.
We've got so much going out, and the system I've built to keep marketing in sync works, but it's holding on by the skin of its teeth.
We've gone from not enough new stuff to talk about to way, way too much in the space of 18 months.
What a ride.
I swear if I see another "booking a flight/restaurant" demo I cannot be held responsible for my actions.
Inspired by @hamzaalabou, I put together a complete(ish) directory of Hans Holbein the Younger's work: holbein.gallery
Over 500 paintings, drawings and designs (he was a designer too) to browse and download. Get stuck in.
Also thx @jessethanley for the @oneleet pointer they've been great
Added native export for Keynote, Powerpoint, and Google Slides to @boordsapp
I never understood a lot of these always on box-at-home setups people love then I realised it's because I work from home and have young kids so I'm basically never more than 50 feet from my machine.
There's good and bad in there.
I made a Herdr plugin where Github issues are agents.
I always found the problem with managing lots of agents wasn't so much visibility, but dispatching work effectively and seeing which issues were addressed and what could be picked up next.
So I made a plugin to fix it.
1) I pick a gh issue from any repo
2) dispatch it into its own worktree with a keystroke (I can pick the model, ultracode on/off etc)
3) the board shows what each of my 5-10 agents is up to
4) Jump to the agent pane with a keystroke
5) Back to the overview with another keystroke
It also handles scheduled tasks so they get added to the agent queue.
It is great.

“The value of storyboarding is alignment.”
Sketch boards align the direction. Design boards lock it in. A decade in, @lemonly's process hasn’t changed.
What’s grown is how much video they make.

Set up a non-technical family member with @bot and the Gmail connector (that's it) and they're looking at me like I'm the second coming of christ.
We really are in such a bubble on here.
