The supposition that AI can conduct historical research is based on the idea that ‘everything is online now’, and I hate to break it to you but it most certainly is not… Almost any historian, from medieval to modern, will tell you that the vast majority of all historical sources in the world exist offline, untranscribed and untranslated

Dear Ashlea, allow me to save you time and money.
To ask for your police bail conditions to be revised you can write to the custody sergeant explaining why they're problematic for you.
That will usually be effective if your points are reasonable.
However, if it isn't you can apply to the magistrates court to have them revised (you can jump straight to this part if you don't have faith in GMP's ability to be impartial)
To do that, fill in the form here, and either post or pop it in to the court.
gov.uk/government/publicatio…
Both of these methods are FREE!
The relevant provision is Criminal Procedure Rule 14.6(1)(b), which expressly covers people in your circumstances.
As for the cease and desist letters, well, you can send them, if you want, but journalists throw them in the bin, because they're non binding precursors to potential action.
You don't need a solicitor for those either, you only need to show they were received. Print them out and send them by a postal method that gives you proof of delivery.
I'm sure it'll be a huge relief to you that you don't need to wait for kind patriots to donate their kid's lunch money.
A closing word, if I may be so bold?
If you didn't agree to the police's bail conditions you could have refused them. The police would then have taken you to the magistrates court at the earliest opportunity where you (or your representative) could have made submissions.
As always, you're very welcome.

France, Germany and Italy currently have Freedom of Movement within the EU but amazingly 500 million people are not all trying to move to Paris, Berlin or Rome...
Don't believe the lies, Freedom of Movement would be a benefit to the UK.

Teachers work pretty much seven days a week, you don't even work seven weeks a year.
You criticising someone's work ethic is beyond parody.

A massive data centre is currently seeking planning permission in Keswick, Norfolk. Whilst it’s outside of Norwich South, hundreds of my constituents have reached out to me expressing their opposition to the proposal. I share their concerns.
Stacking a 20-metre building across 32 acres is far too big for a rural entrance to the city, right on the edge of Marston Marsh. The constant noise, heat, and lighting threaten protected wildlife areas and nearby marshlands.
I also agree with my South Norfolk colleague Ben Goldsborough MP about the potential heat island effect. A site this large risks raising local temperatures, causing damage that cannot be fixed or offset, so it mustn't be allowed to go ahead.
Data centres are part of modern life. But that doesn’t mean developers should get a free hand. Any major proposal needs plain, transparent answers on water use, power demand, true company ownership, and realistic claims about future impacts.
Planning authorities must properly consider solid grounds for refusal, from water shortages to the impact on local school children, and push for direct community investment in jobs and skills. I urge South Norfolk Council to do so here.

We are saddened to hear of the passing of D-Day veteran Roland James ‘Jim’ Churm, aged 102. 🌺 🕯️🇬🇧
Jim served as a Royal Navy medic during the Normandy landings on 6 June 1944, caring for sick and injured personnel aboard a landing craft supporting the assault on Sword Beach.
His dedication to others continued long after the war, through a career in nursing and physiotherapy, and his involvement in remembrance activities.
In 2025, Jim was awarded France’s Légion d’Honneur in recognition of his wartime service. For Jim, it was also an opportunity to remember those who never returned home.
Our thoughts are with Jim’s family, friends and all who knew him.
Thank you for your service, Jim. Rest in peace. 🌺🕊️
