🫶 Incredibly heart-warming workshop with Sing Out! Pimlico recently reflecting on the importance of our community choir led by @CloverWillis. One participant said “I work study and now sing. It has changed my life. I love it so much.”
So pleased to be back at Opera Holland Park this summer! It's a particular joy to bring together @PimlicoMusical and @tiffinchoirs for 'Edgar'—two special organizations that demonstrate how amazing musical potential can be harnessed at a local level.
💥 So excited to announce that
we'll be providing young singers for not one but
TWO productions at @operahollandpk this summer,
alongside @tiffinchoirs. This is such a fantastic
opportunity for some very talented children. Read more at: pimlicomusicalfoundation.org…

If @BBCRadio3 Record Review has left you in the mood for new music, why not try the LSO's album of Benjamin Britten released yesterday!
Our choirs sang in the Spring Symphony in September 2018. Good things take time!

Extraordinary proud of all @TiffinSchool achieve. Today I must be Jamaica’s No. 1 Choral Evensong fan. Perhaps the new @BBCRadio3 schedule include daily 9am Choral Evensong @classicjacko?
Tune into @BBCRadio3 today at 3pm to hear superb pieces by Joanna Forbes L'Estrange, Simon Lindley, Howells and ex Tiffin School DoM, David Nield. Our Evensong service was recorded at All Saints Church, Kingston.
For anyone interested our formation for the broadcast is 16Tr, S6, A3, 3CT, 4T and 8B (a composite of the Boys’ Choir and Chamber Choir).

This is the book I wrote for the @BarnesMusicFest. It’s called (self-explanatorily) Composers of Barnes. Fascinating stories about Handel, Holst, Howells and lots of other talented people whose names don’t start with H (inc @Howard_Goodall @RoxannaPanufnik). And lovely pictures.
It was wonderful to launch @EllyOldroyd’s wonderful @BarnesMusicFest last month and am thrilled to see it amongst other new releases.
