महाराष्ट्र में लोकसभा चुनाव के दौरान हमारे गठबंधन से 31 सांसद चुन कर आए।
4 महीने बाद विधानसभा चुनाव हुआ। इलेक्शन के दौरान शाम 4 से 5 बजे के बाद मात्र दो घंटे के अंदर 40 लाख वोट पड़ गए।
हमने चुनाव आयोग से पूछा - 40 लाख लोग सिर्फ 2 घंटे में कहां से आ गए, कहां खड़े थे और किन बूथों पर भीड़ थी।
हमने ज्ञानेश कुमार से इसका वीडियो प्रूफ मांगा, लेकिन उसने हमें आज तक कोई CCTV फुटेज नहीं दी।
अब SIR के जरिए जनता से वोट का अधिकार छीना जा रहा है। इसलिए हम CEC ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ जन-महाभियोग का पूर्ण समर्थन करते हैं।

In Pilibhit, ECI officials manipulated voter rolls at a breakneck speed. @reporters_co analysed the metadata of the ECI's voter database & found:

ECINET पोर्टल पर कम्प्यूटर सहायकों (मतदाता पंजीकरण केंद्र के ऑपरेटर) को उपलब्ध कराई गई लॉग-इन आईडी के दुरुपयोग के संबंध में जनपद पीलीभीत से प्राप्त शिकायत एवं सूचनाओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए प्रदेश के समस्त जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों को जनपद में निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी कार्यालय के कम्प्यूटर सहायकों (मतदाता पंजीकरण केंद्र के ऑपरेटर) की लॉग-इन आईडी तत्काल प्रभाव से निष्क्रिय (Inactive / Disable) कराने के निर्देश दिए गये हैं।
जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी अपने जनपद के समस्त निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारियों (EROS) को तत्काल आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के लिए निर्देशित करेंगे । जनपद के अंतर्गत सभी विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में कार्यरत मतदाता पंजीकरण केंद्र के ऑपरेटर की लॉग-इन आईडी निष्क्रिय कराई जाएगी , ताकि किसी भी मतदाता पंजीकरण केंद्र के ऑपरेटर अपनी लॉग-इन आईडी के माध्यम से ECINET पोर्टल पर किसी प्रकार की गतिविधि न कर सकें।
सभी लॉग-इन आईडी निष्क्रिय किए जाने के उपरांत संबंधित निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिकारी से इसकी पुष्टि प्राप्त की जाएगी । जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी स्वयं समस्त विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में की गई कार्रवाई का सत्यापन करते हुए अनुपालन आख्या तत्काल मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी कार्यालय को उपलब्ध कराना सुनिश्चित करेंगें।
विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र, 127-पीलीभीत के प्रकरण में संलिप्त कम्प्यूटर सहायक (आउटसोर्स) की तत्काल सेवा समाप्ति का निर्देश संबंधित फर्म को दे दिया गया है।
मतदाता सूची से संबंधित कार्यों की शुचिता, सुरक्षा एवं पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के दृष्टिगत इन निर्देशों का सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता पर तत्काल अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा । इस कार्य में किसी भी प्रकार की शिथिलता स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी।

Karnataka SIR : Minister @ArshadRizwan says, "As soon as the SIR exercise started, and even before that across the country, Union Home Minister @AmitShah had claimed that there are infiltrators in the voter list, He was hinting at Bangladeshis in the voter list, and he said infiltrators are influencing Indian elections... @hd_kumaraswamy very clearly said that Bangladeshis are being supported before we started this exercise. I want to ask them because the EC has very clearly said that only less than 1,000 foreign nationals were identified... 771 foreign nationals were identified in this voter list. Out of these, 588 are Nepalese. The remaining 183 are Kannadigas who have taken US citizenship, European nation citizenship, and other citizenships. According to my information, not even three Bangladeshis were identified. You made 5 crore Kannadigas stand in the queue to identify three infiltrators or three Bangladeshis. This is just like how you made 100 crore Indians stand in queue during demonetisation and the note ban to identify black money. The EC has to come out clean and say how many infiltrators were identified, how many, particularly Bangladeshis or foreign nationals, were identified. This exercise was to put people through strain and tension, harass them, and make them stand in queues..."

Two days back, Instagram had blocked a reel on the ECI's affidavit in the Supreme Court in the SIR case, before restoring it after a few hours.
The reason given for restricting the latest video is "We received a legal request to restrict this content".

Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.

SHOCKER. The @ECISVEEP’s “Logical Discrepancy” list was allowed only as an “interim measure,” its validity not yet established, says Supreme Court. Oh really, Your Lordships? So you allowed a potentially ILLEGAL ‘Logical Discrepancy’ list to delete 27 lakh eligible voters in Bengal?! Is this justice? And only now — now that Bengal assembly elections are over, and bona fide citizens have not been allowed to vote—only now the apex court will examine the legality of the @ECISVEEP’s move ? What a convenient democracy!
If a manipulated mandate can produce a full fledged government, what remains of electoral legitimacy? By this logic, the present State Government should be treated as INTERIM. The SC must restore the previous elected government in West Bengal and direct fresh elections within six months, ensuring that every eligible voter wrongfully excluded from the electoral rolls is reinstated.
Otherwise, the only thing LOGICAL about this reasoning is how conveniently it overlooks the DISCREPANCIES.
#BREAKING Supreme Court has not upheld "Logical Discrepancy" category; in Bengal SIR, it was permitted only as an interim arrangement; Bihar SIR did not have LD category ,so it was not adjudicated, says Justice Joymalya Bagchi.
