The Number 1 way I鈥檝e beaten brain fog and burnout is by documenting everything.
I don鈥檛 mean making YouTube videos, I mean writing things down.
Just the date on a page and write down everything you鈥檝e done that day and future plans for the day/week/month.
Once things are written down it opens your mind up to allow more information and thought in.
Funny how when you're at the top, you and the boys talk about are
the struggles
the late nights
the failures
the heartbreaks
the "it's overs" s
Thinking about how fun it was.
So why you scared to fail bro? Don't you trust yourself to succeed again?
Just think, next time you're at the top you get whole new stories and struggles to talk about.
Win win 馃

Barman asked if I was by myself, in the war room, with Tristan.

This store had a decent Q4...
Now having to basically rebuild it from the ground up...
Cheers Meta.
Anyone else just had performance die overnight? Not even the fact its Q1.

When people say "Don't follow your passion, follow the money"
The issue is most people lack self-discipline.
Plenty of money to be made in Waste Disposal, but most people would struggle to get out of bed to start that biz.
They would have to build their self discipline and THEN start the creating the biz.
Or, do something you are passionate about & improve your self discipline whilst building.
You're gonna find success quicker if you can jump out of bed in the morning, rattle through your to-do list.
Then when you got money, go hire some people to build that waste disposal company with you if you really want to.
Saw the London fireworks and all I could think was how events like this are just a morale building activities.
Whole country is crumbling, but they want people to celebrate and watch pretty colours in the sky whilst they are just plotting against us in the buildings literally next door.
