In this video, I share how I learned to advocate for myself as a student with autism.
From high school to college, being taught how to speak up made a huge difference in my life. This video gives advice for students, parents, and teachers about building advocacy skills early. It’s okay to need help but learning to ask for it matters even more.
I really hope that all of my videos explain details about Autism from my firsthand perspective, but please feel free to ask me any clarifying questions, or offer suggestions for future video topics.
