The young man replied without argument, "Okay, I'll pay the fine as per the rules." But controversy erupted when he was allegedly told to send the money to his personal QR code, not the government system. The young man clearly stated, "I will definitely pay the fine, but with a government QR code or an official receipt. I won't pay through any personal QR code." The situation became heated, the Railway Protection Force (RPF) was called, and the young man was forcibly taken away. If this incident is true, the issue is not just about one person, but about the transparency of the entire system. Fines should always be collected through government channels and with an official receipt. The demand for payment through an employee's personal QR code raises questions about both trust and regulations. The Railways is expected to conduct an impartial investigation into such cases and ensure transparency while respecting passenger rights.
