A paramedic testified the trooper wouldn't let him take Wilson to the hospital. Wilson was never charged with a crime. The trooper's lawyer argued Wilson broke the law by walking in the road and then not following orders. The trooper had 7 prior complaints, including for violence and profiling. There was only one Black person on the jury. Did the jury get this right, or did they let a cop get away with it?

🚨 A white cop tased a Black Army veteran 7 times while he was coming out of a seizure on his own front lawn and EMS was treating him. "HE JUST HAD A SEIZURE, BRO, BACK THE F*** UP OFF HIM!" Chattahoochee, FL Dwight Jackson was putting up Halloween decorations when he had a seizure and collapsed. His brother called 911. EMS was treating him when the officer showed up, shoved everyone aside and jumped on top of him. On camera, the officer claims Jackson was "actively grabbing my throat." His brother screams over and over that Jackson just had a seizure. Then the officer turns to EMS and says, "Help us restrain him." Jackson says it was "more terrifying than being in the war." The officer has been fired. Jackson was never booked into jail. He says they sat him in the back of a patrol car, then let him go. Should this officer be charged with a crime, or is firing him enough?

🚨 A white bartender threw a Black mom's wallet, keys and coat in the trash while she took her 5-year-old daughter to the bathroom. "WHY ARE YOU WIPING DOWN A DIRTY TABLE WITH MY CHILD'S STUFFED ANIMALS?" Philadelphia, PA Kumbah Sarnor says she and her daughter were gone three or four minutes. Her bill wasn't even paid yet. When they came back, the table was empty. The bartender had wiped the table with her daughter's stuffed animals, then thrown them in the trash with her wallet, keys and coat. Her things came out of the garbage covered in teriyaki sauce. Instead of apologizing, he blamed her: "You should be more conscious about what you leave at the table." She says she left in tears and shaking. Silk City Diner says he no longer works there. "It was deliberate. It was rude." Was this racism, or just a terrible bartender?

🚨 A white woman told staff a Black mom threatened her, with no proof but her word and the Black mom and her child got kicked out of a California pumpkin farm. "I NEVER ONCE THREATENED HER... NOW SHE'S LYING." Lathrop, CA The Black mom sat down at an empty table. The white woman said she was holding it for her family, who were still in line for food. The mom says the woman "slammed her hand on the table," then turned to her child, said "you have a mean mother," and pointed a finger in the child's face. The mom: "I did not threaten her and I have it all on camera." Staff said it had nothing to do with race. Police walked her and her child out of Dell'Osso Farms. "We're being kicked out... for quite frankly being black." Should one person's word be enough to kick a family out?

🚨 Nurse shot dead by her husband in a murder-suicide just 16 days after posting that they "couldn't be happier." "WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE LIFE WE'RE BUILDING HERE." Meridian, ID Violeta Yeager, 37, and Richard Yeager, 39, were found dead in their home after police went for a welfare check. Police say "it appears to be a domestic violence situation." The coroner ruled her death a homicide and his a suicide. On Oct. 4 she wrote: "We are thriving in ways I don't think we even expected." Her sister: "Domestic violence is never okay. And I hope anyone going through it, especially with young children, you get the strength to leave." Do social media posts hide what's really going on at home?

🚨 A white couple called 911 on a Black Ruby Tuesday manager over a $30 plate of ribs. "I WANTED TO GET A FREE MEAL..." A diner walked straight up to their booth, camera rolling: "This is the face of entitlement. You calling the police on someone for some ribs?" His reason: "Well, if we don't pay, she'll call the cops, right?" "She's charging us thirty dollars and we couldn't even eat the ribs." She calls it: "You're trying to get a free meal out of it." Then she offers to cover it. His answer: "No, I don't want you to pay for it." "Do you know how unreasonable you sound to call the police?" "I don't care whether it sounds unreasonable or not." Should calling the police over a restaurant bill come with a fine?

🚨 A white man called a Black woman the N-word for honking at him as he backed up toward her car outside a Costco. "WHY ARE YOU HIDING THE FACT THAT YOU'RE CALLING PEOPLE N-WORDS FOR HONKING A HORN?!" Columbus, OH When he tries to flip it, she doesn't let up: "That's what you said I was. And now that you're on camera, you're too much of a coward to admit that's what you said. Stand on it." According to TizzyEnt, she was later treated at a hospital and diagnosed with a concussion and a fractured nose. The Costco card in his hand reads "JAMES W." Should Costco revoke his membership?

White players on a North Carolina high school boys soccer team were caught on video cheering a RACIAL SLUR on the team bus after losing to a rival school whose student body is Black and Hispanic and now their entire season has been CANCELED. Thomasville, North Carolina "Attention everybody!" a white player shouts at the front of the East Davidson High School bus after losing to Thomasville High. "Make noise if you hate N-words!" White teens across the bus immediately erupt into loud cheers and laughter while two boys in the front seat fist-bump on camera. Davidson County Schools canceled the rest of the team's season effective immediately. Was canceling their season the right call?

🚨 "$500 FINE... YOU SHOULDN'T BE DRIVING!" A white man walked up to a 100% disabled Black U.S. Marine Corps veteran at a Texas early voting site, threatened her with a $500 fine for using a disabled parking spot, and demanded she "prove" she served. Katy, Texas Felicia Bratcher, a disabled Marine veteran and Gold Star wife, parked her brand-new car with temporary tags at Tompkins High School: Man: "$500 fine... Because I don't see a sticker." Bratcher: "I don't need a sticker. I have disabled plates... I actually served in the Marine Corps." After quizzing her on her military job code, he looked at her new car and snapped: "You shouldn't be driving!" Bratcher shut him down cold: "You don't know what my handicap is! You are not a police officer!" Why do strangers think Black veterans owe them paperwork just to park and vote?

🚨 "ONLY RESTRAINING HER?" A Black military family in El Paso pulled both of their daughters out of high school after racist harassment turned physical in the cafeteria—and a school officer claimed the student who threw her daughter to the floor was "only restraining her." El Paso, Texas Mother Precious Starks says her daughter Brooke was the only Black student in one of her classes at Pebble Hills High School, where students threw objects at her face and made racial comments. Days after Brooke reported it, students confronted her and her sister Taniya in the cafeteria: "What did you say to my brother?" Administrators only gave the other students in-school suspension, forcing the family to homeschool both girls. Should a military family have to pull their kids out of school because administrators won't protect them?

🚨 "WELL, THAT'S WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE." Police in Pennsylvania pulled over a Black mother and accused her of a "drug transaction" after she handed her son his forgotten coffee cup outside his home. Fairview Township, Pennsylvania "What did you hand off to the gentleman that walked out of his house?" the officer asks 55-year-old business owner Biancha Tatum on video. "His coffee cup," Tatum tells him. "I'm tired of him leaving his mess in my car." The officer still asks to search her vehicle: "Well, that's what it looked like." "I'm a business owner, okay? I don't sell drugs, do drugs… I gave him a coffee cup. It was a white coffee cup!" Should handing your son his coffee cup ever be probable cause for a police stop?

🚨 "OH, YOU'RE GONNA HIT ME?" A white woman stood in front of a young Black man on the street, acted like he was going to hit her, and then hurled a RACIAL SLUR when his mom stepped in filming. "Why are you standing in front of me though?" he asks on video. She throws her hands up: "Oh, you're gonna hit me?" "Bro, move out my way," he tells her, as his mom steps in behind the camera: "Just gotta make sure you straight." The woman turns to the camera: "Oh my god, why is she in my face?" then flips the middle finger and yells the N-word at his mother before walking off as the crowd gasps. Why play the victim first and then drop a racial slur walking away?

🚨"THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED!" A racist white woman throws coffee at a Black landscaping company owner in Long Island, calls the police on him, and then argues in the officer's face while he reads the man's paid work order. Long Island, New York Business owner David Tallerico says he arrived in the neighborhood with his crew to complete a paid landscaping job when the woman walked up to his truck, threw her coffee at him, and hurled a racial slur before calling 911. When officers arrived and verified Tallerico's work order on the sidewalk, she still tried to order the police to kick his crew off the block: "They're not allowed!" "Do you own it?" Tallerico says instead of arresting her for assault and filing a false report, police let her walk with a warning. If the roles were reversed, would he have walked away without handcuffs?

EXPOSED: Tow truck driver FIRED after DASHCAM catches him screaming an ANTI-ASIAN RACIAL SLUR at a woman after driving through a stop sign. Cambridge, Massachusetts Video shows two company tow trucks passing through an intersection without stopping. As the second truck passed her, the driver leaned out his window, gave her the MIDDLE FINGER and shouted racist abuse. After the footage surfaced, Bostonian Towing announced the driver had been TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. The company called his behavior "racist, hateful, and unacceptable." Should a commercial driver caught running a stop sign and shouting racial slurs face consequences beyond losing his job?

NEW: A two-time Jeopardy champion in North Carolina has been arrested again less than three months after a judge spared him prison time and put him on probation. Now a judge has denied his bond and locked him in the Wake County Jail. According to an arrest warrant obtained by WBTV, 44-year-old Philip Joseph "Joey" DeSena of Raleigh was arrested on Friday and charged with 10 felony counts of second-degree exploitation of a minor. Investigators allege the development engineer duplicated unlawful explicit images and videos involving minors between the ages of 7 and 15. The arrest comes less than a year after DeSena turned himself in on December 1, 2025, on two felony counts of secret peeping in Currituck County. In that earlier case, deputies said he hid cameras inside a bedroom and a bathroom at a rental house in Corolla "with the intent to capture the image of another without their consent." Instead of prison time, a judge allowed DeSena to plead guilty on July 27 to five years of probation, 100 hours of community service, and a mental health evaluation. Under that plea deal, the judge did not even require him to register as a sex offender. Just months earlier, DeSena won two straight nights on Jeopardy in November 2024 to take home $44,698 before returning for the Champions Wildcard semifinals in January 2025. "It was a literal dream come true," DeSena said at the time while praising the show's crew and his fellow contestants. When someone pleads guilty to hiding cameras in a bedroom and bathroom, should a judge ever be allowed to hand them probation without sex-offender registration?

NEW: A West Virginia couple smiled in their booking photos after deputies rescued three orphaned children from their home in Evans. Erica Sayre, 45, and Clifford Gale Sayre, 46, are accused of tormenting the three orphans for years. According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, the couple kept the children in a real-life "House of Horrors," where they were repeatedly beaten, strangled, starved, and denied access to a bathroom. Investigators say the couple mocked the children about the deaths of their biological parents and told them they would be killed if they ever reported the abuse. Clifford Sayre reportedly stood by and watched as his wife beat the kids with household objects, causing "excessive bleeding injuries." Whenever the kids pushed back, she allegedly forced them to run barefoot on a gravel driveway and dumped dirty cat litter and dog feces into their beds. One child told deputies that Clifford restrained her hands while Erica "forcibly" cut her "hair with a razor blade, resulting in injury." "Mom hits us and Gale lets her," one child told investigators. "I can't go back to that home," another child pleaded, saying she "just wants a normal life." All three children have been removed from the home, though both suspects have already walked free on bond while facing six felony counts each. Should judges be allowed to grant bond in felony child abuse cases, or should suspects be held until trial?
