you're not procrastinating and lazy
but actually living in a hypercapitalist society where your worth is your productivity and there's always something to be done

Don’t congratulate people on weight loss. Not only do you not know the reason, it makes it clear that you think weight loss is something to be congratulated for, as opposed to weight gain which you presumably don’t mention. As someone who fluctuates weight a lot, I HATE this.
It might look like I have my life together but I just unstuck my phone from my desk where it was glued with honey.

Hi Clover Moore, don’t you dare call me an #AccessInclusionSeeker. I’m proud to call myself DISABLED, because there is nothing wrong with being disabled! It’s the word we use for ourselves & it’s the word that connects us to disabled community, our history & our fight for rights.

My daughter just whispered at the tele, “No, I’m the mother of your children, Todd.”
It’s kind of terrifying.

So, someone on my email list wrote to me and said if we were kids, she'd want to sit next to me and share her playlunch with me.
PROBABLY THE BEST RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL I'VE EVER RECEIVED.
When you love your client so much you talk her out of getting you to write her an entire website and just deliver a ripping Sales page instead.
Who talks their clients OUT of work?
