One major thing that turned around how I thought about "friendslop" games is how I also will easily pay ~$30 with my irl group of friends to do an Escape Room, which I play literally once
Or drinks, or KBBQ, or any of the other things you do with friends
$8 for a game isn't bad

recently took a huge creative risk to do a 3D BG in blender for an animated cutscene! I hadn't done anything 3D related since 2018, so thanks to @TheAMaazing for mega trusting me and I think it paid off :)

This is actually SO absurdly cheap if you think about it in movies? Like - the average Arcane ep is 40 minutes, there’s 9 eps a season, 2 seasons means basically 6 two-hour long movies
Can you imagine a two-hour long movie with Arcane-level animation and a budget of $40M?? Wild
Both seasons of ‘ARCANE’ cost $250M overall to make
This makes it the most expensive animated series of all time.
