This day 3yrs ago, I was re-fixing artificial flower because the artisan messed up the job and we had under 24hrs to go to our soft launch...
Chidi was probably running around in one market at this point sourcing inventory, while Josh was battling with music policy guys to ensure they play well the next day.
@CitiLounge will be 3 by 12th of November (which is also my birthday) and we can't wait to celebrate with you guys.
Side Note: The guy holding this ladder was part of a 'cartel' that hunts for new establishments, and steal with his other family members before the new establishment gets a good structure. They all came on separate days with different names.
A very smooth operation.. they had a rep in the kitchen, one on the floor (waiter) and one as a janitor.
The importance of structure and due diligence can never be over emphasized in this industry.
