Before: tankers filled Iran’s main oil-loading terminal.
After: no crude tankers in sight.
Kharg Island is now nothing more than a monument to the one thing the Iranian regime can still produce: failure.
The regime’s arrogance and belligerence continue to punish ordinary Iranians. Operation Economic Outcast is cutting off the regime’s oil lifeline, denying it resources to fund terrorism, nuclear procurement, and the lavish lifestyles of the IRGC elite.
Federal authorities have arrested more than 120 cruise ship crew members at Boston's Flynn Cruiseport as part of an ongoing multi-agency crackdown on child sexual exploitation and abuse material (CSAM).
Key Details
• Operation & Scope: The enforcement actions are tied to broader federal initiatives like Operation Tidal Wave, a joint operation involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) targeting child exploitation across docked cruise vessels.
• Timeline of Arrests in Boston:
• August 14–16, 2026: Federal agents initially boarded ships including the Volendam (Holland America Line) and Norwegian Breakaway, arresting 11 crew members.
• September 24, 2026: Additional crew members, such as a Norwegian Jewel worker named Bobby Prieto, were taken into custody after inspections of electronic devices revealed abusive material.
• Late September / October 2026: The total number of crew members detained or processed across operations in Boston has surpassed 120

MY "POTENTIAL" OCTOBER SURPRISE PREDICTION
October 28, 2026 IT COULD BE "Q"UITE THE DAY
Wednesday · 6 days before Election Day
That's my pick.
Why? October 28 was the date of Comey's bombshell letter in 2016. And six days before an election is a particularly potent window: late enough to dominate the news cycle, early enough to change the conversation.
My hypothetical:
A major federal disclosure involving investigations, financial misconduct, or national security not necessarily a candidate scandal.
No evidence that anything is scheduled. Just a prediction based on historical timing.
Put me down for October 28.

🤔NOW YOU KNOW WHY THEY "SHUT THE DOOR" LAST WEEK 👇👇👇
🤔Why publicly remove your last troops from Iraq, right next door to Iran, while actively fighting Iran?
For twenty years, the United States had a side door in Iraq. The 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force let any president order strikes, deploy forces, and maintain a military presence in Iraq without going back to Congress for new authority.

It was my honor to meet with the board of the United Bodegas of America and discuss the public safety issues affecting bodegueros across New York. These small businesses experience first-hand the effects of crime, homelessness, and fraud and take a financial hit because of it.
Everything from the increase in burglaries, robberies, and transit crime making their employees and customers feel unsafe, to organized retail theft and SNAP card theft causing their stores and customers to lose money every day — these folks are feeling the cost of crime.
I was glad to be able to share my plans to lock up repeat offenders, provide residential treatment for the homeless, and root out fraud. Together, we will create a safer New York for every New Yorker.

Over the last four years, significant evidence has emerged that the federal government, and its allies in Congress and the private sector, sought to protect the Biden family from disclosures about its overseas business dealings and Hunter Biden‘s criminal activity.

🚨RED OCTOBER DEBRIEFING 40,000 FEET: IT'S ALWAYS THE ACCOUNTANT THIS TIME IT'S EPSTEINS
My read, up front: in The Untouchables, the gunfights aren't what bring down the most powerful gangster in America. The bookkeeper does. A quiet man with round glasses and a ledger insists from the start that the way to get the boss is through the books, and everyone laughs at him. In the end it's the books that put Capone away.
Today, the same play started in New Mexico.
The state's Attorney General filed a federal lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's longtime lawyer and his longtime accountant. Not the famous names, not the guests, the two men who ran the money.
According to the state, they helped finance and conceal a sex trafficking operation at Epstein's ranch in New Mexico. They held leadership roles in his companies, controlled his accounts, and signed off on the transactions. The lawyer handled the paperwork that moved the ranch into an Epstein-controlled company. Between them they took in more than twenty-six million dollars from Epstein entities over eight years.
Now they're the executors of his estate, which holds more than a hundred million dollars, and they stand to collect seventy-five million of it. The state wants that frozen, and it's suing under federal trafficking law and state racketeering law, the same tool used to take down organized crime.
Look at the same day from 40,000 feet. That afternoon, Treasury sanctioned a law firm in Panama and Greece for building shell companies for Iran's oil-smuggling fleet. Two governments, two cases, the same target: not the boss, but the professionals who kept the books, signed the papers and made the money look clean.
Epstein died seven years ago. What never died was the paper trail. And the people who know where every dollar went are the ones being called to account.
But in every story like this, the ending comes from the ledger. So ask yourself the question the movie asks: who kept the books, and who were the books really for?

🚨RED OCTOBER DEBRIEFING 40,000 FEET: TREASURY BROUGHT THE BAT TO DINNER
My read, up front: everyone remembers the dinner scene in The Untouchables. The boss walks slowly around a table full of men in tuxedos, talking about teamwork, holding a baseball bat. Everyone smiles until they find out who the bat is for. That's what the Treasury did to Iran's shipping network today.
Remember who actually took down Capone. It wasn't a shootout, it was the Treasury. Prohibition agents and tax men followed the money until the most powerful gangster in America went to prison for not paying his taxes. Ninety-five years later, the same department is walking around the table again.
Today it went after the people who sit at the table with Iran's oil-smuggling fleet. It sanctioned a law firm in Panama and Greece that Treasury says sets up the shell companies that own the tankers. It hit the managers who run the ships and the agents in Singapore and Dubai who book the cargo, and blocked nine more vessels. It's the fourth swing at Iran in two weeks: the tankers, the banks, the religious charities, and now the lawyers.
Then came the line that sounds like it was written for that dinner scene: "Either you are with us or against us."
And there's the part most people will miss. For the first time ever, according to Treasury, its financial-crimes unit used a subpoena power written into the Patriot Act in 2001. It lets Washington demand records from a foreign bank that uses American banking channels. The first target is a bank in Greece, a NATO ally inside the EU. The bat sat in the corner for twenty-five years. Today it got picked up.
But the lesson from the movie still holds. The guests who smile through dinner are the ones who never noticed the man walking behind their chairs.

4 years ago, 53 people were killed in a horrific smuggling scheme. This week, a Guatemalan man responsible for their death was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
@AAGDuva: "The prior administration created conditions for this to happen, and the smugglers knew it. We don’t need more cases, we don’t need more human tragedies, and the idea is through the prosecutions that we do. The word gets out, and with law enforcement and border security being tight now — we don't want more of these."
