Introducing my full team of employees working on the infrastructure of @bots. Thank you to the team for creating such a remarkable product that has been a joy to use!
Hope you guys enjoy my full break down!
I found that the people who are the laziest tend to get the most out of AI. This is because whenever the AI pushes back and doesn't want to get the job done for us, the lazy person usually pushes straight back and just keeps telling it to get it done, get it done, get it done, get it done. Ultimately, that person fine-tunes the output at the end.
Our company crossed ฿13M with 3 humans and an AI back office.
No big office. No bloated team.
The goal was never a bigger company.
It was a better life.
Build the business that gets you home for dinner.
Every time AI does a task well, say:
"Turn what we just did into a skill."
Now it's a reusable SOP. Forever.
Once a month, ask:
"Based on our work together, what skills should I build next?"
Your AI starts designing its own job description.
I had to learn this twice.
When everyone around an asset says "it's going higher," that's when I start selling.
I held assets that doubled and tripled. Greed said wait. I ended up at break-even.
Break-even after months of watching a chart is a loss.
When stress hits, I write. Have for about 5 years.
3 formats I rotate:
→ Morning pages: empty my head before the day
→ Gratitude: 3 things I'm thankful for
→ Guided: "How do I want to be remembered today?"
Felt "not manly" at first.
Now it's the first thing I reach for.
Good decisions compound slowly.
Bad decisions compound fast.
That's why one careless yes can undo a year of discipline.
Before you agree to anything, ask:
Does this move me toward who I'm becoming, or away?
There was a season I chased the newest restaurants, watches, and jackets to "build my brand."
I was losing myself trying to keep up.
Now what I'd never trade are the small moments with my son.
Buy moments.
Not highlights.
Early on, I only watched revenue.
Sell more. Spend more on ads. Hire more.
One day we were running on the bank overdraft.
You can't outsmart your balance sheet.
The top line is vanity until the bottom line agrees.
I wish we had plugins that work in Thailand for our local banks. I know its coming soon but for now my CFO brings me real-time purchases from all of our channels.
Bullish on the @bot team!

This is how I run my company now. 27 bots by department: Money, Sales, Ops, Content, and Dad mode 👇

Working with my @bot while stuck in Bangkok Traffic
I have 3 main bots I talk to on a daily
- Milly, which is the native Bot that acts as the orchestrator between the rest of the team
- Kelly, my original orchestrator and main executive assistant
- Sam, my creative director
How does yours look like?
I just posted a video on YouTube sharing my top 26 use cases, it’s in Thai but English version will be coming soon 😎
Before you build any AI automation, grab one sheet of paper.
Draw 3 boxes:
Input → Process → Output
Example:
Customer DM → AI sorts the question → reply template sent
If you can't fill the 3 boxes, you're not ready to automate. You're about to waste a weekend.
Most people who watch AI content never build anything.
They save the video.
They buy the course.
They wait until they "understand it."
You understand it by breaking something small this week.
I paid Dan Martell $50,000 for coaching.
The lesson that paid for it:
He closed us with no landing page. No sales call. No funnel.
Great content. An Instagram DM. A written offer. A Stripe link.
I went home and cut a lot of process out of my company.
How to make your team match your best work without reviewing everything:
1. Find the best piece you've ever made
2. Upload it to AI
3. Ask: "Build a master prompt that produces work like this"
4. Refine until it matches
5. Share it with the team
Your taste, bottled.
