I'd like to call out @USPS for sending an EXCELLENT letter in response to a missing/delayed package investigation. I know it's just a form, but it's well written to convey sincerity and understanding. It struck me well. Other customer service departments should take note!

Hey @Uber, over the past few weeks my drivers have been receiving my private nicknames for addresses (e.g. "home" or "work") instead of the actual address. I consider this a huge privacy issue; I don't need drivers to know that a specific address is my home/work.

I usually <3 @allybank more than anyone should <3 their bank, but this section of a recent email was very disappointing. If you're trying to encourage real financial and investment education, even tongue-in-cheek comments like this are detrimental. @ramit would not approve.

I understand that paying for "up to" 25Mbps means there are no guarantees, but I rarely see above 2 (TWO) Mbps. UNUSABLE. #ComcastCares
