The first is showing a shot from Frasier, with Frasier in an Uncle Same costume, with the text reading "Frasier struggles to throw out an old pot. He could do with some help from Javelin World Champion Hollie Arnold, who's really good at throwing. The Paralympics start today." The next is a shot from the Simpsons, showing Marge talking to Lisa in bed, with the text: "Jumping forward 10 years, Lisa writes her Harvard admission essay. Maddie Down will also be hoping for a big leap as she competes in the long Jump in Paris. The Paralympics start today!" It's all very silly.

The UK Sport International Leadership Programme (ILP) successfully began last week as 14 talented individuals began their training. 👏 Now in its 11th iteration, the programme has supported the development of over 120 people since 2006. 🌍

We have found seats for a boat called Nadine @metregatta. If you are missing them please get in touch with reception at Dorney Lake - 01753 832 756 so we can try and get them back to you. They were left in a red sports bag in the car park (not dodgy at all!)
