The EU just adopted its 21st sanctions package: 14 crypto platforms under full transaction bans, 94 banks and financial institutions frozen, MOEX on the list. The headlines miss the real story. It's in the details.

What comes next matters more. The third-country transaction ban is, in essence, a European SDN list. Platforms in the UAE, Georgia, Kazakhstan will start cutting risky flows preemptively. Analytics firms will recluster listed addresses within weeks.

Funds that touched these platforms even before sanctions turn toxic retroactively. Counterparty risk in crypto is now retrospective. At serious volume: run AML checks on wallet history first, assess exposure with counsel, expect wider ruble on/off-ramp spreads.

Today Google Play removed MAX, VK, OK, Mail ru, Dzen and a batch of Russian apps. For users, this is not a ministry-vs-platform dispute. It is messaging, mail, cloud, music, work chats, files and contacts. When infrastructure becomes a battlefield, users clean up the mess.

“You can modify your software, but not anyone else’s.” — @adam3us on BIP-110 I’m skeptical of random BIPs that don’t solve real Bitcoin problems. Curious how pool founders see this — what actual problem does BIP-110 solve? @janbraiins @slushcz @JihanWu @yhaiyang @satofishi

"Money reflects the value you give to the world." No. A famous painting sells for millions. A life-saving medicine costs tens of dollars. Price doesn't measure value. It measures packaging, status, scarcity, and the luck of being in the right context.

OpenUSD is suddenly getting noisy. Let’s see how Tether plays the next move while everyone tries to corner them.

I don’t see a clear reason for miners to support BIP-110. It doesn’t improve mining economics, reduce operational risk, or make Bitcoin more secure from a miner’s view. The question is simpler: who is the real beneficiary? If it’s not clear, why should pools signal for it?

The most underrated force in markets isn't earnings or macro. It's who's even allowed to buy in. Saudi Arabia just opened its market to all foreigners. Within weeks, foreign institutions were ~42% of all buying. Not inflow. A change of ownership. Full breakdown: linkedin.com/posts/jerlis_vi…

New York, just back from #ETHConf. And right here on the #Nasdaq, the biggest business story of the week: #SpaceX went public. $75B raised, the largest IPO in history. But the size of the deal isn't what got me.

And no visionary carries it all alone. Beside Musk stands Gwynne Shotwell: President & COO, employee #11. He sets insane goals and deadlines. She turns them into rockets and NASA contracts.

My take: without your own #Shotwell, even a genius burns out on the climb. Find that person before your second investor. Who breaks through like this over the next 10 years, and with what? #Web3? #AI? #Biotech?
