Bazargic/Dobrich is a really interesting place. Romania was forces to cede it to Bulgaria in 1940. This border change might be the only German-supported territorial revision during the Second World War that survived after 1945.

Bazargic was part of Romania (1913-40), being ceded to Bulgaria following the Treaty of Craiova. The passport here was issued to a Romanian national of Turkish decent that was repatriated using this passport in 1938, visa inside signed by consul Fuat Aktan based in Constanta.
