Heavenly Father, protect America from those who seek to destroy our nation, our faith, and our freedoms.
Lord, watch over President Trump, our families, and every innocent child.
Expose those who wish this country harm and defeat their evil plans.
Give us the strength to stand for righteousness, the courage to defend our nation, and the faith to trust in You.
In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

The ONLY reason you'd want to destroy the poll book records in 7 days (instead of the 22 months required by Federal law) is to destroy evidence. There's really no other valid explanation.
And, BTW. This crap about allowing people serving as Secretary of State to run for Governor in an election they control (like Katie Hobbs did in AZ) is absolutely insane.
That she's also the one spearheading the effort to end around the law and destroy records so quickly (data needed to audit the election after the fact, if required) speaks for itself.
BREAKING: A MICHIGAN COURT JUST ORDERED BENSON TO TELL EVERY CLERK IN THE STATE TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS.
The Court's words to Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State: "Defendants are directed to instruct all local election officials to retain the EPBs from the November 3 General Election."
And Benson's deletion rule? "Defendants are precluded from enforcing Rule 168.48 pending the resolution of this matter."
Benson's rule: DELETE the poll book files 7 days after the election is certified.
Federal law: KEEP election records 22 months.
One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued.
In August, the Court protected her file, the ONLY one known to still exist, and barred enforcing the rule against her.
Today it extended that protection to EVERY clerk in Michigan, on an additional request from the RNC and Michigan Republican Party, who joined her case this month. Glad to have them in the fight.
Along the way, @TheJusticeDept and the @CivilRights division told the Court the Secretary "remains ultimately responsible" for preserving poll book data. And Benson's own data manager swore the list each precinct downloaded for Election Day "need not be uploaded."
Reconstruction is not preservation.
This isn't the final ruling. But no November poll book gets deleted while the judge decides. That's all one clerk asked for.
ONE CLERK. ONE QUESTION. EVERY NOVEMBER POLL BOOK SAVED.

Stop the cheat in Michigan!
🚨 BREAKING: The RNC and Michigan GOP just scored a major election integrity win in court against Michigan Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson — blocking her push to wipe out electronic pollbook records just SEVEN DAYS after her own election certification for governor
GOOD! 👏🏻
Federal law requires federal election records to be preserved for 22 months, yet Benson's rule ordered local clerks to delete electronic pollbook software and files within a single week
"Why is Jocelyn Benson fighting to delete election records after just seven days when federal law requires them to be preserved for 22 months?"
"Michigan voters deserve transparency and accountability, not secrecy and less oversight." — RNC Chair Joe Gruters
BIG win days before the midterms!
“I am telling you it is difficult to have a rehearsed routine to fit in with broken rhythm... see, rehearsed routines, lack the flexibility to adapt."
Lee owned a copy of Aldo Nadi’s famous 1943 book, “On Fencing”, in his massive personal library. Instead of traditional martial arts forms, Lee weaponized two fencing concepts to shatter the opponent's timing. Tempo and the Half-beat. Fencing bouts happen at such extreme speeds that memory almost becomes useless. Gotta be fluid and flexible.

STOP corrupt BENSON from stealing her own election in Michigan...
VOTE RED for your lives...
Stop the radical Islamist as well...
BREAKING: One clerk sued. Now a Michigan court has ordered November 3 electronic pollbooks preserved statewide.
1) Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson’s deletion rule is on hold while the case proceeds.
2) Statewide: Benson and her co-defendants must instruct every local election official to retain the November 3 electronic pollbooks.
3) Deletion Rule Paused: The court bars enforcement of Rule 168.48 pending resolution of the case.
4) Election Clerks Started It: Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer brought the lawsuit. With election clerk @SScott4USA being first in challenging Benson head on!
5) And election clerk @ShellyLake13 in another Michigan lawsuit right now batting down the corrupt @JocelynBenson and extremely corrupt Jonathan Brater of the MI Bureau of Elections.
6) The RNC and Michigan Republican Party later joined.
7) The Case Continues: This order requires preservation while the court decides the merits.
Election Clerks. Lawsuits. Making a Statewide Impact.

We get it, Jovan.
You will vigorously defend any electronic voting systems technology that currently or potentially pays royalties on your patents. Obvious to anyone paying attention to your "jovanile" antics.
On the topic of Byrne's statements...
"Coomer offers no response to Byrne's points and does not discuss these statements in his memorandum."
- Judge Barber
In other words, it is reasonable for anyone NOT profiting from the use of electronic voting systems to conclude that Coomer could not refute the evidence in support of Byrne's assertions...because they were true.
Replying to @pjcolbeck
@PJColbeck have some integrity and standards!
How Election Integrity Effort Is Now A Total Psychological Warfare Con Of Bullshit! See the post by Mike Lindell's Election Crime Bureau Chief and it is post like this which make us all look like FOOLS. But remember he pushed they "had the PCAPS" too!
If these folks will "lie" to your face about things you can easily look up in court documents and rulings - on your own - what else will they lie to you about, and never blink twice?
Here is each Election Crime Bureau Claim versus the court ruling:
None of these statements were affirmed by the ruling, and most were not even the subject of the Coomer v. Byrne case.
Judge Barber’s order granted summary judgment for Byrne solely because Coomer failed to prove actual malice (subjective knowledge of falsity or serious doubt) by clear and convincing evidence regarding the claims in The Deep Rig about the alleged Antifa call and Coomer’s supposed role in it. The court made no findings that any election-related allegations were true.
It did not “affirm” the film, Byrne’s views, or any broader claims about hacking, Dominion, Venezuela, algorithms, China, or ballot destruction. Dismissal on the actual-malice standard leaves the underlying facts unadjudicated.
Here is each point:
1. “The 2020 election was hacked, Dominion ran it, and he possessed electronic evidence proving the hack.”
Not the focus of this case. The lawsuit centered on Oltmann’s specific story about an alleged call involving Coomer. The court did not find the election was hacked, that Dominion “ran it,” or that any electronic evidence proved a hack. No such finding exists in the order.
2. “Texas hired Dominion to study the 2018 Dallas election, giving Dominion two years to reverse-engineer how to hack an election.”
Not part of this case. The order does not mention the 2018 Dallas election, any Texas study, or reverse-engineering. The ruling has no bearing on this claim.
3. “Dominion’s technology originated in Venezuela and was developed for Hugo Chávez to rig elections.”
Not part of this case. The order discusses the film and the Oltmann/Coomer allegations; it does not address Dominion’s corporate origins, Venezuela, Smartmatic, or Chávez. Courts in related litigation have repeatedly noted the absence of evidence for this longstanding claim; this order neither examines nor endorses it.
4. “Smartmatic became Dominion through corporate transactions, carrying election-manipulation capabilities into U.S. elections.”
Not part of this case. No discussion of Smartmatic-Dominion corporate history or any transfer of “manipulation capabilities” appears in the order.
5. “Systems allowed administrators to override security and that weak security extended manipulation capabilities to foreign actors.”
Not the subject of this case. The order does not analyze Dominion’s security features, administrator overrides, or foreign access. The ruling decides only the actual-malice issue for the specific statements about Coomer.
6. “Dominion machines used an algorithm that weighted one candidate’s votes more heavily than another’s.”
Not part of this case. The order contains no reference to vote-weighting algorithms or any technical analysis of Dominion systems. No court in this litigation found such an algorithm existed or was used.
7. “Trump’s support exceeded what the manipulation algorithm could overcome through smaller-scale cheating.”
Not part of this case. This is speculative commentary about an unproven algorithm. The order does not address vote totals, algorithms, or the scale of any alleged cheating.
8. “Georgia tabulating machine sent results to China and that he had personally seen photographs, computer forensics, and IP traces supporting that claim.”
Not part of this case. The order does not discuss Georgia machines, data transmission to China, photographs, forensics, or IP traces. This specific assertion was not litigated or affirmed here.
9. “Dominion paid for a shredding truck to destroy 3,000 pounds of ballots, with payment connected to a Dominion credit card.”
Not part of this case. The order does not mention shredding trucks, destroyed ballots, credit-card payments, or any related evidence. The ruling has no connection to this claim.
This shows the extent of this ongoing CON!

The SAVE America Act passed the House, and it's dying in the Senate days before the midterms.
The bill would require photo ID and proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections.
President Trump is pushing it.
The House already passed it.
But in the Senate, Republicans don't have the 60 votes needed to get past a Democrat filibuster.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune says he doesn't have the support to change the rules or pass it.
Now conservatives are turning on Thune, calling for him to be removed from leadership.

ICE just fired back at 60 Minutes, and the full story is not what CBS showed you.
60 Minutes ran a segment on Moussa Diawara, a Texas father of two who lived in the U.S. for 25 years.
He drove for Uber and had no criminal record.
He was deported to Mali by way of Ghana, and CBS showed his family heartbroken over the separation.
But ICE says the report left out key facts.
According to ICE, his asylum application claimed same-sex attraction and a conversion to Christianity.
ICE calls that claim fraudulent, pointing out that he is married with children.
DHS then released the uncut interview clips to show what viewers never got to see.
ICE's response to the segment was two words: "Fake & Gay."
When the media edits out the facts, it isn't journalism. It's a narrative.
