Manchester United have never recovered from Alex Ferguson & David Gill stepping down as manager & CEO at the same time.
Since then #ManUtd have won a few trophies & qualified for the UEFA Champions League most seasons but they haven't had the success that many inside the club &
fans expect. Why?
In my opinion some of the reasons include the Glazers decision making & taking money out of the club.
Ed Woodward
Not investing enough in
Old Trafford & not making
"The Theatre of Dreams" the stadium it should be or enough in the training ground at Carrington.
The appointments of
Ole Gunnar Solskjær, Erik ten Hag,
Ruben Amorim & Michael Carrick were wrong.
Player recruitment has not been good enough.
Ineos have not had the desired effect. The decision makers at
#MUFC are getting it wrong time after time.
Now AFC Bournemouth have won 3nil at Old Trafford. #AFCB
Now Michael Carrick is . . .

Shane Lowry is the first golfer to win
The Irish Open as both an Amateur
& a Professional.
He won 2009 as an Amateur at Baltray.
2026 as a Pro at Doonbeg.

José Mourinho is the youngest manager to win the Premier League.
He was 42 years old when he won it the first time with Chelsea in 2005.

It is that time of year again.
The 1st Premier League match of the season starts tonight.
Defending Champions Arsenal take on Coventry City who gained promotion back to The #PremierLeague for the first time since 2001 by winning The EFL
Championship.
Can #AFC go back to back in the Premier League under Mikel Arteta?
The Gooners have yet to do it.
Will Frank Lampard be able to keep
#PUSB up?
"Do Your Job" Roy Keane.
This is what Greg Allen was doing.
Abdoul Ouattarra from RC Strasbourg of French Ligue 1 to Ipswich Town of the
Premier League.
He is a player that Gary O'Neil knows vey well . . .

The curious case of the proposed straight swap deal between
Crystal Palace & Everton with Brennan Johnson & Dwight McNeil swapping clubs.
Brennan Johnson went from Nottingham Forest to
Tottenham Hotspur for £47.5 in September 2023. He left Spurs to go to #CPFC in January 2026 for £35m. A little over 6 months later he is leaving to go to #EFC for no transfer fee . . .
McNeil should have been a teammate of Johnson at Palace during the last transfer window.
It seems some genius messed up the paperwork on deadline day.
Megan Sharpley (his other half) was
very unhappy. I was surprised by this until I saw what he is earning at
The Toffees. I assume The Eagles had offered him more money.
Johnson off the wage bill & McNeil on it will be quite a saving even if the later gets a major increase but it's still £35m down the drain which does not make sense to me.
Both players are represented by
Unique Sports Group.
Will they be expecting a fee from the clubs for this transfer happening?
Btw,
How is Dwight McNeil only on a reported £25k a week?!
#NFFC
Though it has been speculated in the media for a while.
Bruno Guimarães has signed for Arsenal from Newcastle United.
Worrying times ahead for #NUFC ?
He will wear the number 39 shirt which is the number of the Taxi his father drove.
Bruno adds more quality to the #AFC midfield alongside Declan Rice. This signing together with the unrealistic pursuit of Vinícius Júnior who I felt was using the interest of The Gooners to get a new & better contract at Real Madrid. It does show real intent & ambition from Mikel Arteta and the club.
Now if they can hijack the attempt of Liverpool to sign Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain?
That would increase their chances of winning both The Premier League & The UEFA Champions League this season!! #LFC
Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club is the promoted club that has the longest continuous stay in the Premier League without ever being
relegated from it.
#BHAFC were promoted in 2017.
