It saddens me to hear Black children disparage HBCUs. A culture that equates whiteness with excellence has convinced too many of us that our own institutions are inherently less worthy. That belief says more about what weโve been taught than what HBCUs have proven.

We failed our University and fans today. This one hurts like hell and we deserve to be critiqued and questioned. That wasnโt the standard at all! Our coaches and players take accountability for the loss. All we ask is that when it comes to our players, KEEP IT RESPECTFUL!
