You feel exhausted, but why?
It may not be why you think it is. And it may not be for one single reason.
This free guide will help you figure out why.

Most men who feel stuck are waiting for life to go back to normal. It won't, and every year you wait for it to feel familiar is a year you lose.
That gnawing feeling you can't shake is trying to tell you something.
You slept a full night and you're still exhausted by noon. That isn't about your age. It's five things you do every morning that drain you before the day even starts.
Hurry is anxiety pretending to be efficiency. You never catch up because you were never actually behind. Wake up 15 minutes earlier, and use them to do less, not more.
The number one sign you're choosing growth over apathy: you're still searching at 11 p.m. when you're exhausted and can't even say what question you're asking anymore.
But searching alone won't get you clear. You just haven't asked the right question yet, and it starts with figuring out what kind of tired you are.
You can’t stall your way out of numbness.
You look fine on the outside and feel nothing on the inside. Waiting for it to pass hasn’t worked for any man I’ve coached.
Four things work better:
3. Pause one numbing habit for 14 days. You can’t dull the lows without dulling the highs.
4. Put something at stake with a date and a witness. A goal nobody would notice you dropping won’t move you.
Hey @Adobe my wife has been trying to cancel her account and you keep trying to charge her. Why are you making this so difficult? Isn't it illegal to make it difficult for customers to cancel their services?
Every year you tell yourself you'll put together a real costume. Every year it's a hoodie and a flashlight.
Your kids will not remember what you wore.
They will remember that you walked every street in the cold. They'll remember you stood on the sidewalk and watched them knock without looking at your phone.
