Not acceptable @AvantiGas - you've let my elderly mother run out of gas and now you're telling her it will take 72 hours to refill her tank. You take the readings, she couldn't have avoided this, you need to take responsibility. She needs heating overnight TONIGHT!! 😠😠

Over 100 hours now, elderly mother has no hot water, heating or way to cook a hot meal.
You've admitted it's your fault but you haven't had the decency to sort the situation.

For the second night this week my road has been closed by @thameswater
The contractors have been courteous and polite.
@thameswater have been rude and ignorant in giving no notice of this work and disruption - none at all.
