Dinner was a delicious beef & veggie stew. Cooked on low all day in the trusty slow cooker. Good way to use up all the veggies in the fridge 😂 Hope everyone has a lovely evening 🥰

Made eggplant fritters & an eggplant lasagna. They were delicious! Plus we have leftovers for tomorrow 🥳 Lasagna is layered fried eggplant, bolognaise, fresh basil, ricotta & a little mozzarella. Forgot to take pic of the fritters so this is previous one. Enjoy your evening 🥰

Dinner was some chicken, broccoli & cheese rissoles served in a wrap with salad of choice. Very yum! Have a great evening 🥰

Dinner with the Fam tonight 🥰 Chicken cotoletta (schnitzel’s) and Bolognaise sauce for pasta. Also a green salad which I didn’t photograph. Everyone enjoyed & lots of leftovers to pack up for them to take home with their Milo cookies. Have a relaxing evening everyone 🥳💜

Happy Monday! Just seen my knee surgeon for review after my tkr. He was very happy with my progress, said I’d done so well considering how bad my knee was before surgery. Hubby & I then went out for a quick lunch at a local Turkish cafe. We had this yummy Gozleme 😋🥰

Happy Thursday 🥳 Had a doc appt this morn, then met up with a friend for a coffee catch up. She had one of their yummy homemade donuts (I was trying to be good 🫣😂) Now home having some lunch sitting outside in this gorgeous day 🥰
