Imo and Ebonyi state? YES, but Anambra state? My friend, that's a bloody lie from the pit of hell.
Replying to @the_beardedsina
Then what exactly is the problem with the eastern states? I had a similar experience when I visited Anambra for the first time on a project.

Celebrating the Flamingos
I warmly congratulate Nigeria’s U-17 women’s football team, the Flamingos, on their remarkable performance at the ongoing FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup in Morocco. They have demonstrated exceptional talent, resilience and determination throughout the tournament, making our nation proud.
As they prepare to face Japan in the final, I want to assure them that Nigerians everywhere are firmly behind them. I encourage them to remain focused, confident and determined as they take this final step towards glory.
The remarkable achievements of our young women are yet another testament to the immense potential of Nigerian youths. With the right leadership and an enabling environment, our young people can continue to excel and distinguish themselves on the global stage.
Once again, congratulations to the Flamingos. Keep making Nigeria proud. The sky is your limit!

Jogo de basquete feminino do sub 16, EUA vs El Salvador.
Na época acharam engraçado a diferença (gritante) de altura, mas como era os EUA, ninguém insinuou que o time sub 16 pudesse ser sub 23

Here we go…
When the Flamingos got knocked out in the #U17WWC Round of 16 by Italy in 2025, I didn't see this hot take.
But now, because Nigeria defeats Brazil, suddenly they aren't U-17 players?
You go dey alright 👍

You are still despicable with zero brain
For those who have been defending this fellow and showing him sympathy simply because his hypocrisy has been called out, I think it’s important to provide some context. What you’ve witnessed here did not happen in isolation. There is a history of provocation that many of you know absolutely nothing about.
Earlier this year, and again sometime later, Afam repeatedly ridiculed me in a private group chat because of my political opinions. At one point, he even went as far as insinuating that I might be gay simply because I supported certain liberal policies. He joined others in the group in directing personal insults at me, turning what should have been a civil political discussion into an opportunity for mockery and personal attacks and then started complaining when I returned same energy.
He subsequently tried to portray me as the person who introduced politics into the group, when I had merely contributed to an ongoing discussion.
Among the issues discussed were ICE operations across American cities and the death of Alex Pretti, an ICU nurse who protested against ICE. During those exchanges, Afam expressed the view that Pretti deserved to be shot for standing up against ICE. That statement, in particular, revealed to me just how far our values had diverged.
In the same group, undocumented immigrants were casually dismissed as “illegals,” with little regard for their humanity or individual circumstances. I found that attitude particularly troubling coming from someone who has himself navigated the American immigration system.
He also claimed that other people had been complaining to him about me, which raised questions about the conversations being held behind my back.
Yet this is the same individual some of you now expect me to shield from criticism because he once attended my wedding.
Yes, I invited him to my wedding. He accepted, attended, and I appreciated his presence. But since when did attending someone’s wedding become a lifetime entitlement to their loyalty, silence, or political agreement?
A wedding invitation is not a certificate of immunity from accountability.
My objection has never been that Afam holds conservative political views. He is entitled to them. My objection is to the personal attacks, the sweeping judgments about other people’s political motivations, and what I consider a glaring double standard in how he treats others compared with how he expects to be treated.
You cannot repeatedly ridicule people, question their motives, and make deeply personal insinuations, only to suddenly seek sympathy when your own conduct comes under scrutiny.
And to those insisting that I went too far, you’re entitled to that opinion. But at least understand the history before passing judgment on a confrontation whose origins you know very little about.
I refuse to subscribe to a culture where someone can continually dish out disrespect but must be protected from receiving criticism because of a past social association.
This may well be the last time I address this issue or engage in any further back-and-forth. I’ve said what I needed to say, and I have no intention of turning this into an endless spectacle.

Good morning, everyone.
First, I want to sincerely appreciate everyone who has sent me a message, called, visited my shop, or supported this initiative in any way. I'm honestly overwhelmed by the love. Those who visited yesterday saw the genuine shock and excitement on my face. I really didn't expect this level of support.
To give you an idea, I sold about six cartons two days ago and over 20 cartons yesterday. I came out yesterday morning with just 10 cartons, and they were completely sold out before 1 p.m. People who came were telling me I was seriously underestimating Twitter. Well, I've heard you. Today, I'll bring out the remaining cartons, and hopefully, we'll sell everything off.
My contact details, supermarket name and location are now in my bio. Please feel free to call, text or visit. I'll be open from 9am till 6pm today
Also, if you'd like to sponsor the distribution of cookies, I'd be more than happy to accommodate you. Someone sent me ₦90,000 two days ago for this purpose, and I distributed them as promised. Yesterday, I gave out at least one cookie to everyone who visited the shop, from opening until around 2–3 p.m. I even distributed more than I was initially sponsored to give out.
If you'd like to support or sponsor another round of distribution, please reach out. I'll gladly make it happen.
Thank you so much, everyone. I genuinely appreciate every call, message, visit, purchase and contribution. You have no idea how much this means to me. God bless you all abundantly.
