.@American Flight 2834 from DFW has been waiting over an hour for a maintenance tech to come update the log book and release us from the gate. Issue has been fixed, just waiting for a sign off please!!

.@EinsteinBros Please get your app and in-store tech fixed at zip 22046. Spent 10 mins trying to order in the app. Gave up & went in store, took another 10 mins for the cashier to place the order. Wouldn’t honor app offers, saying they stopped that promo…that I got yesterday.

.@SouthwestAir I had to cancel my flight today due to the rise in COVID and Delta variant in FL. Why can’t I get a refund/credit on my early bird Checkin fees? I can’t see any reason those should be non-refundable besides the need for corporate profit margins. Can someone assist?
