I do feel Mcwango of ASA will eventually end up being mayor of EThekwini. He must stay the course, universe will reward him.

Mara ANC as I clap once
A photo of the top three candidates in Joburg’s Ward 103 (taken on voting day). Preliminary results retained DA, followed by ActionSA, with ANC in third place. In the midst of the highly competitive & politically charged atmosphere, there was a sense of collegiality & respect.

Gogo ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️🤨🤨🤨🤨
WATCH | DA’s Johannesburg mayoral candidate Helen Zille has weighed in on concerns about property affordability in Johannesburg, saying falling property prices would be a sign of a failing city.

This is is ugly, rather give ANC that chain. I don’t like a coalition of more than 3 parties
Rand West City (Randfontein) ANC 24 (31) DA 16 (16) EFF 6 (12) MKP 6 ActionSA 5 VF+ 3 (3) SACP 3 (0) PA 2 (2) AZAPO 1 (1) ACDP 1 (1) ATM 1 RWPP 1 Total 69 ANC & EFF slip as MKP, Action SA & the SACP enter the Rand West chat. Coalition negotiations at Uncle Harry's Road House

Someone responded to one of my posts and he was saying that new voters for 2029 never experienced the 2010WC. Those ones will erect a tombstone on the grave of the ruling party 😭😭😭😭😳
Replying to @kunenephindz
He nailed it, also people cannot relate with ANC politicians anymore, they’re too high!

I agree with Gogo @helenzille , I also don’t want GNU approach or model in municipalities. The most the coalition must have is 3 but 2 where possible. Joburg is a mess because of also that foolish coalition

How do you even go into a coalition as a mayor when you have no control of metro police , maintenance of traffic lights and fixing potholes ?
It boggles the mind why ANC pretended it governed @CityofJoburgZA on its own & took all the blame. Instead of telling citizens that fixing potholes, no traffic lights & Public safety are not our portfolios, they sat quietly (ego uncheked) & are punished

Except Xolani Khumalo
Mayoral Candidates aren’t winning at their own wards where they voted and where they are candidates. 😭😭😭

Democracy 😍😍😍😍I wonder how many recounts were done 😂😂😂😂
This could well be the narrowest victory across the country! ActionSA has won Ward 127 in Johannesburg (Matholesville, Durban Deep and parts of Witpoortjie) by just ONE VOTE! ActionSA: 1,098 votes ANC: 1,097 votes Every single vote counts. This is proof! Congratulations to Councillor-Elect Lwanda Bini! 👏🏽💚

Problem is not the NEC! Issues are at regional level. Even the lists are compromised by regions. How does a fellow like Sulliman Carrim become a regional treasurer in the NW? Did Top 7 vote him? How did he pass “in the eye of the needle” ? Fix your regions! Centre must hold!
