For the longest time I made sure to use the frontend design skill with Claude.
With Opus 5.5, that skill actually leads to worse output.
It's much better to let Opus 5.5 just do its thing. π«‘
One bar that I set for launching products is that I actually am a user of the product.
I was days away from launching, but I've paused because I realized that I'd stopped using it myself. π±
If it's not a big pain for me, then I need to revisit and pivot. π
Trained a 0.8B model that can run on CPU.
For some of my use cases it outperforms Opus 5.5 and Jev by more than 15 points. π
I trained a small model that BEATS Opus 5.5 on a narrow task!!
Run coding agents all day and don't read most of the code? I built something for you.

Time to get some things shipped.

For the introverted developers, you don't even have to talk to people. π
You can just talk to agents. π€―
Inching closer to launching [StealthProduct] π
Kids are on vacation this week, so I'm a little more in and out.
Might not make my deadline of the end of the month, but the agents are grinding away on it, and we're getting close. πͺ
Completely stepped away from the computer and from X for a couple of days.
I took a step further, and I didn't even have agents running. Everything was quiet. π±
Now I'm back and ready for the week π
Happy Monday folks!
Crazy thought that I just had.
Everyone's panicking about the PHP CVEs but...
There is literally someone sitting behind a screen right now trying to figure out how to exploit this for their own gain using AI agents!
What a world we live in right now!
Pretty much this π‘
Some stats on #php2shell. In the 10 hours before it was publicly announced, across the @Cloudflare network we saw thousands of attempts to exploit it. That jumped to tens of thousands in the 45 minutes post announcement, hundreds of thousands within 2 hours, and millions now.
