John Nunn went over the rainbow bridge today to run with all our bunnies- I don’t know the cause. Maybe a heart attack from stress. Julie his widow.
So in an attempt to relax and reduce stress, I picked up a paintbrush and painted a GW miniature for the first time in over 20 years.
After 7 months of going to the gym, after recovering from a heart attack last year, I have gone from 38% body fat to 19% and lost 12kg. I must say I feel much better for it, and probably look a lot better as well.
Got to love Microsoft Defender, it’s a bit too good. When trying to flash a usb drive to install Kali Linux on to another machine it blocks half the files making the boot stick useless 🤣
I’ve been hobbling around all day after some calf extensions yesterday. Why is this the only muscle which aches so much after training?
So I decided to get up early to go to the gym, so at 5am I get there to find a large number of people all waiting to use the leg extension and press machine. Despite a refit in December there is still only 1 of each, and always a queue to use, even in the early hours :(
One of the buns @GingerNinjas5 has decided the strawberries are a self serve option :).

I am looking for some good training materials to improve my knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security. Does anybody know of a good source? I can't find any materials on either Pluralsight or LinkedIn Learning.
Is it time we started to require our developers to follow fundamental defensive programming practices? #infosec linkedin.com/posts/jnunn_inf…
Only 13 months late, I finally managed to find an Xbox series x in stock. Hopefully it will be here tomorrow morning 😀
This is getting ridiculous, I can’t get any petrol, so can’t actually do my job tomorrow. All because of a bunch of moronic panic buying fools.
