FINDING YOUR WEB3 NICHE Who thought getting a job was hard? Keeping the job is the difficult part. Not knowing one's niche is the most common problem faced by millions of web3 newbies. The opportunities are as exciting as they are endless and there lies the confusion. A lot of people today are stuck with doing jobs they don't enjoy because they had no prior information about different job options. Some other reasons contribute to being stuck in the wrong place: Wanting to do what the majority around you are doing. Doing jobs that have been rumoured to fetch quick money. Not taking time to learn about your passions. Like many others, Blessing saw the form for the ambassador role and filled it immediately, not anticipating any challenges. Mastering various skills well enough to create quality content, seems nearly impossible and Blessing along with other ambassadors were expected to create written and visual contents. She got tired after numerous failed attempts and she knew it wasn't the job was not for her as it didn’t resonate with her interests in any way. Talking about her current situation with fellow community members at Bloquest, she was able to learn about how to find her niche. She learnt a lot from other members' experiences. She understood the importance of doing what she loved instead of what looked like she'll earn more money from. She was also able to find people in the same niche with her and she had access to all the training and support she needed. Thousands of people have issues with finding their niche. Are you one of them? Do you think that you could be better at something else? Do you want to improve your current skills? Join bloquest! discord.gg/SJEuEKeBbZ #joinbloquest

WHERE IS THIS WEB3 MONEY? "There is money in web3” people always say. And the truth is that there is proof of that money too! Blessing quickly realised that lots and lots of airdrops would never give you that miracle money for a financial breakthrough. How exactly can you make this web3 money like the idolos on the space? It isn't difficult to find these answers on Google as this is something that a lot of people have searched for. Google would provide so many answers that people get confused as they don't know what some of them mean. A lot of people’s algorithms are messed up as they only see posts about people on the space earning thousands of dollars monthly. This was Blessing's dilemma at the moment. In her thorough search for how exactly she can get a well-paying web3 job, she checked the Bloquest community. There, she learned in detail about the broad aspects of web3; degen, NFTs, defi, you name it. And yes, she has a lot of fun learning. The jobs-airdrops channel on the Bloquest community contained a lot of exciting job opportunities. Believing it was just about writing and knowing that AIs were a thing, she was soon able to land a role as an ambassador for a web3 project. WALLET WAHALA! Blessing just took her first step into exploring and trying to understand Web3. She’s received her first airdrop and seen this “web3 money”, but once she dived in, she quickly realized… This space no be play play. 😅 Her first major struggle has been trying to understand wallets and private Keys. What seemed like a straightforward concept ended up being more complicated than she thought. Metamask? Ledger? Custodial vs. non-custodial wallets? It’s overwhelming. 😳 The idea of being in control of her assets was exciting! But the moment she heard "If you lose your private key, your funds are gone forever," her heart skipped a beat. "Wait… No password recovery? No customer support? What if I forget?" 💭 Blessing tried setting up a wallet on her own. She carefully wrote down her seed phrase and stored it securely—or so she thought. A few days later, she couldn’t remember where she put it. Omo! 😟 She has sha learned her lesson now: Safe storage is critical. She wasn’t alone in this struggle, though. The more she asked around, the more she realized that EVERYONE in Web3 had felt this at some point. It’s a rite of passage - e dey touch everybody. But here’s what Blessing did right: she didn’t give up. She joined Bloquest to get support, ask questions, and learn from people who’ve been there before. She’s on her way, but that fear of messing up still lingers. 😬 Her advice to other beginners? Don’t rush. Take your time understanding wallets and security. Your seed phrase is your lifeline in Web3, so treat it with care. If you’re like Blessing and navigating the challenges of Web3, you don’t have to do it alone. DUST AND CASHOUTS ! Understanding how airdrops work can be challenging, but you best believe that there are way bigger problems than that. Have you ever received an airdrop and later heard more people calling it “dust?” The listing price is usually very low and to some, it is a shock, but generally, this can be very disappointing. You’re not alone. Blessing figured this out a few weeks after one of the many mined airdrops was finally listed. Many decided to withdraw immediately, Blessing included In a bid to convert her little earnings to cash like many others, she faced two challenges. The Gas Fee Challenge The process of getting gas fees into a wallet to transfer money to someone who could convert it was a major hurdle. A lot couldn't afford the fee, others didn't even know how to get it into their wallets. Going again to the Bloquest community for help, she was just in time to win a giveaway specially meant for those struggling with funding their wallets with gas fees. They educated her on wallet addresses and guided her through the process of copying and pasting the correct wallet address. Challenge Number Two: Exchanging Money The next step was exchanging cryptocurrency for cash. Many said it was three easy steps: Go to the Binance app. Find an exchange agent. Send your crypto along with bank details. But the money never arrived. The exchange agent claimed not to see any money either. Was she in any way scammed? Frustrated, she returned to the Bloquest community. Fellow community members explained possible reasons for the missing funds. Have You Faced Similar Issues?
