Nearly an hour on live chat with 10 minute waits between replies to end with this?!
It's not good service.
Absolutely shameful experience AGAIN at @lloydspharmacy yesterday. One lady popped in to get her elderly father's prescription + was kept waiting 90 mins. Many people had been waiting over an hour. My prescription wasn't available despite SMS saying it was. @McKessonUK @McKesson

I've been waiting 10 days for a response to find out where the rest of my order is.
No refund issued, no update. All seems slightly strange.
