Thank you @TuckerCarlson for hosting me. I hope @POTUS sees this and frees all of the political prisoners of @DOJRR47 .
Civil rights lawyer Jonathan Gross took a job at Trump’s DOJ hoping to stop the weaponization of government. What he saw once he got there was shocking.

Another tragic case of a family destroyed by the DOJ.
DOJ has a list of 870,000 American small business owners who committed "fraud" with the PPP loans. If that list was made up of Somali's it would include every Somali in the country.
Somalis are NOT on that list. YOU ARE.
Think you did nothing wrong? It won't matter when you're indicted for 10 counts of "wire fraud." The government only needs to get the jury to convict you of one.
Without exaggeration, the government wins almost 100% of the time. That statistic alone should frighten every American. That statistic is right out of the Soviet Union. Are we supposed to believe that the government has its man 100% of the time? No margin of error?
We should be demanding daily an end to this tyranny. There is nothing stopping them from going after YOU, and nothing you can do about it when they do. If YOU are not bothered, it's only because they haven't come for YOU --- YET!
This is not a Republican/Democrat or Left/Right issue. This is a life/death issue.
Until this problem is addressed, we do not live in a free country.

Agree to disagree. I can only speak for DOJ. President Trump has done ZERO because he appointed @AGToddBlanche as AG -- a life long democrat, Obama prosecutor, leftist New York elitist lawyer, former partner of Robert Mueller, lover and protector of the swamp that Trump promised to drain. I suspect that it is the same in every other department.

Joseph Cammarata is exactly who this leaves behind. No famous name, no access. He has been imprisoned nearly five years for conduct the Supreme Court held lawful in Sprint v. APCC (2008), sentenced by a judge who said from the bench he had invested and made claims in the same settlements at issue. His pardon application was denied in July. His appeal has sat 32 months in a court where the prosecuting SEC attorney's wife works as an attorney in the executive office.
An independent review of prosecutorial decisions, as you describe, is exactly what cases like his need. Without access, the record is all he has. ExposingJustice.com
In a fair system, there would be an independent group to review prosecutorial decisions like the case of Michael Castillero. But its not a fair system. This man's life depends on whether the people with access will bring it to the president's attention. If you pay the ransom, they just may mention it to the president and you have a shot. But if you don't, sucks for you. You're life is destroyed and your children are orphaned.
@tedcruz wrote about this in his book about Weaponization. Its called "Justice Corrupted: How the Left Weaponized Our Legal System." DON'T BUY THE BOOK. It is just Ted Cruz profiting off of weaponization by selling a book, without doing a thing about it.
In his book, he concedes that the Justice System is corrupt. It is worth noting that he was a part of that system during the George W. Bush admin when he served as associate attorney general, and he did nothing to reform the corrupt system when he had the chance. In fact, that is when we got the Patriot Act. Thanks Ted.
In his book, he describe the Pardon Access System - which he played a role in. During the Obama administration, @DineshDSouza made a movie critical of Barak Obama. Soon after, the federal prosecutors at the Southern District of New York, coincidentally happened to discovery that @DineshDSouza gave $15,000 to a doomed republican candidate in a NY election without hiring the right lawyers that George Soros uses to make sure he gave the money properly. without stepping on any of the regulatory trip wires that make it impossible for regular people to meaningfully contribute to a candidate or run for office without violating several felonies. The crime had no victim and cannot be articulated. But SDNY went maximum effort to convict @DineshDSouza . This was all while @AGToddBlanche was working as a prosecutor in the Southern District of New York Office.
Dinesh was coerced into a plea deal and went to jail. After he got out, he was branded a felon, with all that goes along with that scarlet letter. According to @tedcruz dinesh begged him to bring the matter to President Trump's attention.
Cruz writes that he hesitated to even mention it to the President because, after all, even though it was weaponization, Dinesh did break the law. So he got what's coming to him. According to Ted, we should never question the integrity of the faithful public servant federal prosecutors.
But in the end, Cruz decided to mention Dinesh to President Trump, and without hesitation, President Trump decided to pardon Dinesh.
But @tedcruz - what about the thousands of victims of weaponization who aren't famous? Can you bring their cases to President Trump? Or are pardons only for famous people who have access to people like you who have access to the President?
Ted Cruz participated in this corrupt pardon economy and he is just as guilty as everyone else involved. Even though I am sure he didn't take any money from Dinesh (one hopes) he still enabled this corrupt system that favors those with access and leaves out to dry ordinary American citizens without access, money, influence, or friends in high places.
This is NOT AMERICAN. This is BANANA REPUBLIC activity.
Who is going to challenge Ted Cuz on this??? Why has he done nothing but write a stupid book about weaponization? He is all talk and no action.
If this is his record on weaponization - paying lip service to the issue while participating in the corruption - what do you think his record is on the other issues?
When I was in the justice department under President Trump, I met more than one high level political appointee that previously worked for the Brookings Institution, where Norm Eisen is a senior fellow.
Can you imagine a high level attorney in the Biden DOJ with Turning Point USA on his resume? It would never happen. But under Trump we get Norm Eisen's friends. #MAGA

Another long rant by Marc Elias, yet not one word about his law firm’s apparent involvement in recruiting Decoy Dan Sullivan.
The only reason criminals like Marc Elias and Norm Eisen are so smug and operate with such impunity is that they know the judicial cartel will keep them safe.
Heartbreaking.
Finally, after one year, one month, and six days, I was able to see and hug my beautiful daughter, Elizabeth! She looks amazing, more beautiful than ever, and full of hope. Being back in Miami makes her feel one step closer to home and her five children. Sadly, her children have not been able to see her yet. Little Sophie was so excited to see Mommy this Sunday, but something came up, and their visit has been postponed until next Sunday. My heart breaks for her because she has waited so long for that hug. Still, we are grateful for this blessing and pray that soon Elizabeth will be home where she belongs, surrounded by her children. Our fight is not over, but today my heart is full of joy and hope. ❤️ Elizabeth Mercedes Hernandez

@Jon_Gross was my attorney in San Antonio Tx. He helped me sue the city of San Antonio in 2024 for my unlawful arrest at a public airport for simply video recording 3 coach buses of illegal aliens.
These foreigners were departing to the interior of America paid for by your tax dollars. We won the lawsuit thanks to Jon. He is a hero and a patriot.

Thank you for standing out there. Please add Joseph Cammarata to the list.
He was prosecuted for conduct the Supreme Court held lawful in Sprint v. APCC (2008), and the government knew it. At trial the prosecutor said "this appears to be assigned," then moved to strike his own words. The SEC froze more than $78 million at a hearing held in Philadelphia while he sat in his own detention hearing in Miami. The judge said at sentencing he had invested and made claims in the same settlements. The lead SEC attorney's wife is an attorney in the Third Circuit's executive office, where his appeal has sat 31 months without a response.

Here is @AAGMcDonald with some more government propaganda slop. Don't believe any of this. But if we are to take him at his word, look at the amount of money that was given to fraudsters by government bureaucrats. I counted over $650 million.
If they are to be believed, this is a national crisis. Literally billions and billions of dollars are being shoveled out to fraudsters by either incompetent or corrupt government bureaucrats who are giving out YOUR money with zero due diligence. We are being told that they are giving out tens of millions of dollars to dozens and dozens of fake doctors without even the slightest attempts at verification. It sounds pretty easy to get money from the government. All you need to do is submit a request and it sounds like you'll get paid. You can collect millions before the government finally catches on.
This is a national crisis and the President should put an immediate stop to it until we are told exactly what the hell is going on.
