I’m just so proud of this team!
The resounding feedback from guests was that they felt so much care in the seemingly unimportant details.
But what stood out to me the most were the things truly no one saw. The kind vendor emails, the trash cleanup behind the scenes, and the ways teams shared gratitude to each other.
Competency can be paired with kindness, and this team demonstrated that so beautifully!
Slow landing pages tell us the product is slow.
Slow sales replies tell us support is slow.
Slow onboarding tells us all interactions are slow.
Being fast on things that don't bear weight gives confidence that you can deliver when it matters.
Speed is leverage.
We're continuing to see a massive shift. For example, our avg enterprise deal size doubled in Oct.
Seems like people want more from their Email providers. We're here to provide it!
It's VERY good! I had a very complex plan that I attempted to review with claude 3 times prior but with no success (too cognitively heavy). Reviewing it with this made it really tangible and progressive. Total unblock.
Thariq (@trq212) on the Claude Code team made a skill that turns Claude's plans into a page you click through and make decisions on
Seems way better than looking at a wall of Markdown, phone-friendly, works great for distilling technical jargon into action
