Farewell to the Splinterlands Team; I gave my 2-weeks notice, and my last day is tomorrow. A big thank you to everyone.
@NateAguila , I've worked for 50+ leaders, ranging in rank from captain to general, during my 23 years in the army. You are among the absolute finest of them.
It's been an honor working with you, Tyler, Alfredo, and the rest of the team. I'll miss you all, but after almost 5 years, it's time to move on.

So I’ve been wondering — what’s the one book that genuinely changed how you move through the world? Not just entertained you, but transformed you? Would love to hear your stories. 📚✨

From Sunrise on the Reaping to Fable for the End of the World, the genre feels sharper, braver, more relevant than ever.
So tell me: are you ready to dive back into dystopian futures, or is real life dystopia enough?

#splinterlands card reveal! Introducing the Mar Toren Trader. A great card for your back rank, with Heal to protect against sneak attacks and Headwinds to put a damper on your opponent's ranged attacks.
The traders of Mar Toren navigate the volatile waters of a conquered Praetoria, bartering their oceanic treasures with mainland merchants. Each transaction is a subtle act of resistance against the tyranny of the Chaos Empire. All the while, they foster trust with their neighbors and build clandestine alliances in the name of Mar Toren’s Parliament and the royal merfolk family of Poseidar.

In the Kingdom of Thanaloria, the House of Arven’gileon is renowned for its warriors and rangers, who devote their lives to perfecting their martial prowess.
Those Arven’gileon warriors who comprise the kingdom’s elven guard are known as blades. It is said they can strike thrice before their opponent reacts: the first to wound, the second to kill, and the third to strike another.
