About 10yrs ago I got several different historic wheats dating back to federation and sowed them in one trial - 4 sites. One of the most interesting things I’ve done in my career. Ps pump the fungicide 😉

Why is this even a discussion? We have never been more equiped to fight fires. 3000L trucks vs 500L ute-mounted. Aerial bombers are more accessible. I’m not aware of a fire started by farmer harvesting outside code. If you open up your mind too much your brains start to fall out

Very sad that 5 people have lost their lives exploring the Titanic.
Terribly sad, too, that 650 asylum seekers drowned off the cost of Greece, hundreds of them children.
Not much media coverage of the second tragedy 😢

When you donate to Animals Australia, Animals Alliance, PETA, Farm Transparency Project or any one of a number of animal activist organisations THIS is the behaviour that you are endorsing & funding.
Hi @Telstra
Any chance you could improve your network coverage in line with CPI?? Service and network quality are inversely proportional to your fee increases. Which is probably understating how useless your network is at present.

Question for @Telstra since we now spend most of the time on 3G with no data. 4g seems to have disappeared. We used to have good 4g. What happens when you turn off 3g. We pay for something we can’t use. We used to have better service on cdma. We run boosters in Everything.

“It fell off the back?”
“Yes.”
“And how big is it?”
“About the size of a ten cent coin. But you should stay five metres away if you find it. It’s very dangerous.”
“So where did it fall off?”
“Somewhere between Perth and the Pilbera.”

Every year someone is always talking about ROI on a grain dryer, heated shop, etc. Do you do the same analysis on a Camper, boat, SeaDoo, Skidoo, vacation etc. If it makes sense, makes your life easier or you just friggin want it do it not everything in life is about ROI. JMHO

All this talk of the benefits of 5G, perhaps they could simply improve the reliability of mobile service in rural areas do something as simple as making a phone call first @Telstra 🙄

Getting a bit tired of unscrupulous horticulturalists giving agriculture a bad name. Plenty of farmhands on $65 - 90,000 per annum paid at hourly rates that are $30 - 45 per hour on top of a house and often Ute supplied.
