14 years ago, my son introduced me to Mass Effect. After my divorce, playing it together every other weekend became our special bond. We shared laughs, memories and adventures. That’s why EA’s decision makes me angry. This is more than a game. It’s personal.
Ive heard EA has chosen not to invest in Mass Effect. That’s their decision. But logically, if their reasoning is genuine and they no longer see value in the franchise, they should allow it to be sold or crowdfunded rather than leave it in limbo.
Literally like they were already investing money on ME 5 and decides to cancel (so losing money) to invest in another game where not even 1$ as been spent on its development yet #SaveMassEffect

Star Wars is one of my favourite fiction franchises, and even so, I’ll still think it’s dumb to cancel a game because of Battlefront 3 : a game that doesn’t even have a studio, or any basic concepts planned, or anything at all.
I do agree we need to be a bit careful with the way we approach this Battlefont 3 news in the #SaveMassEffect campaign, because like others have pointed out it very much could be used (possibly purposefully) to cause fandom fighting or loss of support from Star Wars fans.
