My latest project...could we replace Cloudflare on our own hosted vms and be much faster? Maybe?docs.combd.dev/introduction.…

Not zero but I agree far less. You still need a few good engineers to setup processes to control the flow of changes
the human cost of software is going to zero

Made a new @Roblox game this weekend with my daughter as the tester and art director! Plushy Ranch where you get to put your plushies to work making you coins. Working on a market to buy and sell them! roblox.com/games/74348926376…

AI agent builds itself a robot body, does exactly what experts warned youtu.be/QRVz697rEx0?si=l3tj… I love this channel he likes to show you how off the rails some of these CEO's are.

Made a fun K-Pop Tower Obby Roblox game with my daughter last night. It was fun but a bummer she couldn't play with her own character as now new games are always 16+ 😭 till you get 250 people to play. roblox.com/share?code=9d5b42…

Stop learning all of these languages! Learn how to build systems with software and the limits. Learn common software mistakes and bugs. Learn software security, how different language help, and how to automate testing software. Then use AI agents to write code.
STOP learning Java. STOP learning C++. Real developers use: JavaScript Python Rust Go Java and C++ aren't real programming. you can't prove me wrong

Heard @syntaxfm talk about @_pi0_ 's upm and wondered: what if an AI ported it to Rust? 5 days later, jpm 1.0. A ~2 MB binary that reads your npm, pnpm, yarn or bun lockfile, with install scripts off by default. Every line by Claude Code. getjpm.sh

T3 Code Orchestrator V2 is now live in nightly. We rewrote the orchestrator that runs your agents. Here's what that gets you 🧵

Yep not replacing us yet. Still a human in the loop.
Honestly, I’m working 5x harder since coding agents actually became useful. Weren't these supposed to take software engineers out of the critical path? Now it just feels like every part of the stack needs to be rebuilt, and it has to happen now.

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world: the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Well paid over $100 for three pizzas last night. Are we at the point of run away inflation?

On vacation and thinking about what would it look like to do a new source control in 2026 sourcekeep.dev/ What am I missing? Private or limited permission files, branches, PRs. Instant workspaces that bring config .env and installs like node_modules folder.

Wow is a no code platform firing its staff by changing their access code? Or is Claude Code eating @YayLT lunch so they are firing people and using AI buzzwords to make investors look away from the fire. webflow.com/blog/evolving-we…

Has anyone else noticed the old you get, when you get sick, it feels like you were hit by an even bigger truck each time?

I agree but there are others who have tried and got some freedom like @TomGregoryTech
I don't know anyone who quit their job to live of savings and built something that made money before their savings run out except @AndreyAzimov I always think it's the wrong way to do it I think you should build something on the side and once it makes equal or more money than your main job or freelance gigs and it's stable, quit the job and switch Being unemployed somehow makes people lazy and feel too relaxed to build something, like your day is fully free of commitments which sounds ideal but freedom isn't when stuff is built I think, you need constraints I had income from my YouTube channel Panda Mix Show in 2013 when I started, and it took over a year before I made enough money to switch Obviously I wish him well but I think better do the switch than hard quit

I wish I worked for a company that used Basecamp. Anything has to be better than Jira. I was lucky enough to work for one company that used a version of Shape Up vs Scrum. I loved it!
Basecamp 5 is dropping very soon, and one of my absolute favorite features is that the whole system can be driven by the keyboard. Real nvim combo move gymnastics here!
